Roots Country School Girls Shine at National Rugby Championship in Pune

Five girls from Roots Country School have made their mark in the National Rugby Championship held in Pune on the 5th and 6th of June. Under the expert guidance of Himachal coach Anil Kumar Jista and the support of the Vice President of Himachal Pradesh, these young athletes showcased their skills and determination, bringing glory to their schools and state.
The Roots Country School Girls' rugby team, consisting of Nikita, Arushi Thakur, Aarohi, Anushka Rajta, and Anjali, delivered an exceptional performance in the championship, displaying their passion and commitment to the sport. Despite fierce competition, these girls demonstrated their prowess and teamwork, leaving spectators in awe.
Coach Anil Kumar Jista said I am extremely proud of these girls. They have worked tirelessly, practicing day in and day out, honing their skills, and striving for excellence. Their hard work and dedication have paid off, and they have brought recognition to our school and the state of Himachal Pradesh.
