NCB seeks 9-day custody of Kshitij Prasad
The Narcotic Control Bureau (NCB) is seeking 9-day custody of Kshitj Prasad in Bollywood drug Controversy. Sushant Singh Rajput's suicide case has taken a big turn in more than three months. Actor Deepika Padukone, Rakul Preet Singh, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor along with many other names have come out in the NCBs investigation. All of them have been questioned by the NCB about drugs. The name of Former Executive Producer Kshitij Prasad of Dharma Productions was also revealed in this case.
The NCB has sought a 9-day remand of Kshitij Prasad from the court. The NCB says that Kshitij Prasad was named in the interrogation of Ankush Arneja. Marijuana was recovered when NCB officials investigated at Kshitij's home. After two days of questioning and seizing marijuana, the NCB arrested him on Saturday. The agency found Kshitij’s connection with many drug peddlers.
On Friday and Saturday, Kshitij Prasad was questioned by the NCB, according to the sources, he was very evasive to most questions and therefore his custodial interrogation was important. Kshitij has been taken for a medical test before hearing.
