English and first-second term exam marks to be added in 12th class result
Himachal Pradesh School Education Board has prepared its formula to prepare the 12th class exam result. The board has included three new points in the CBSE's formula of five points. The marks of the first and second term examinations including the English subject examination held in April will also be included in the annual result. Apart from this, the marks of class 12th including internal assessment, practical/project work, performance of class X and Xl as decided by CBSE will be included.
On Saturday, the Chairman and Secretary of the Board of School Education went to Manali and shared this proposal with Education Minister Govind Singh Thakur. A notification in this regard will be issued next week. Before the 12th, class 10th results will be released. After this, the result of class XII will be declared.
CBSE had recently given the Supreme Court the formula for determining the marks of class 12th. After getting approval from the Supreme Court, the churning of this formula started in Himachal Pradesh too. In this episode, on Saturday, the Education Minister was given detailed information in this regard. Board President Suresh Soni and Secretary Akshay Sood said that the Board of Education has prepared such a formula keeping in mind all the aspects related to the examination results so that the complete evaluation of the students is ensured.
