On the occasion of "Krishna Janamashtami"  Solan Public School Solan organized a special assembly on the theme - "Hamari Sanskriti - Hamara Gaurav" to celebrate the festival virtually. 

Fancy dress competition was organized for its Pre-primary students where they dressed up as various characters from the epic Mahabharata. The tiny tots participated enthusiastically in the competition. Also, there was a virtual "Shlok Recitation Competition" for the students from Primary & Middle school. Raj Kaushal, the mentor of the school was the Chief Guest for the occasion. She appreciated the students for the wonderful recitation of Shlokas and advised the students and teachers to take inspiration from the life of Lord Krishna. Also virtually present on the occasion were  Managing Director - Preetee Kumar, Director Academics - Anjali Razdan and Headmistress - Kiran Sharma, students,  their parents and teachers.
