HP Nurses Association thanked CM for honorarium to COVID warriors
Himachal Pradesh State Nurses Association’s president Aruna Kaur Luthera, Gen. Sec. Sita Thakur, Amita Puri, Sushma Thakur, and Shashi Sharma have extended their heartfelt gratitude to chief minister Jai Ram Thakur for the work nurses have done during the corona pandemic and for announcing Rs 1500 ex-gratia/honorarium to all the Class III and IV employees. Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur presided over the State level Himachal Day function held at Padhar in the Drang Vidhan Sabha area of the Mandi district on Thursday where he announced Rs 1500 ex-gratia/honorarium to all the Class III and IV employees such as staff nurses, ward boys, Class IV employees, Asha workers, etc. involved directly in the service of COVID-19 patients for April and May.
He said that the whole world has been suffering from Covid-19 and our State was also no exception. He said that despite the challenges of Covid-19, with the support of the people, the government tried to revive the economy of the State by regulating the basic facilities smoothly. He urged the people of the State to come forward to help the State Government in checking the spread of this virus.
