CM inaugurates and lays foundation stone of developmental projects of Rs. 287 crore at Pansai ground
Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 46 developmental projects worth about Rs. 287 crore at Pansai ground in Nadaun Assembly Constituency of Hamirpur district today. While addressing the mammoth gathering on the occasion, Jai Ram Thakur announced the opening of Government Degree College at Galore, Jal Shakti Division at Nadaun, up-gradation of PHC Dhaneta to CHC, the opening of Fire Station at Nadaun, construction of Science Lab in Government Senior Secondary Schools Nadaun and Jalari, starting of Science classes in Government Senior Secondary Schools Choru and Batran and Commerce classes in Government Senior Secondary School Upper Hareta and up-gradation of Government High School Pansai to Government Senior Secondary School.
Chief Minister also announced Rs. 26 crores for construction of River Rafting Complex at Nadaun, Rs. 10 lakh for development of Mela ground at Pansai, the opening of patwar circles at Bela Barmoti and Majholi, the opening of two Health sub-centers in Nadaun Assembly Constituency and conversion of two temporary Police Posts into Permanent Police Posts in the constituency. Jai Ram Thakur said that the present State Government has ensured equitable and balanced development of every area of the State and every section of the society during the last four and a half years. He said that although about two years of the present State Government was affected due to the corona pandemic but the Government apart from saving the precious lives of the people, also ensured that the pace of development goes uninterrupted during the period. He said that the previous Government did nothing to strengthen the health infrastructure of the State.
Earlier, the Chief Minister inaugurated Rs. 2.82 crore bridge over Man khad on Baran Gawalpaher road, Rs. 2.19 crore bridge on Kangoo Malag Khatrod road via Charada, Rs. 63 lakh 30-meter span box girder on Kai Di Bahal-Khatrod-Panyali-Jattan road, Rs. 65 lakh PHC building at Kashmir, Rs. 97 lakh bridge on Farsai to Upper Hareta road, Rs. 71 lakh library building in GSSS Baldook, Rs. 3.74 crore up-gradation Patta Jalari to Kohla road, Rs. 4.98 crore up-gradation of Haar to Sukrala road, Rs. 1.26 crore providing household connections under the 'Har Ghar Nal Se Jal' scheme under LWSS Kohla Kaloor in Nadaun constituency, Rs. 78 lakh providing household connections under 'Har Ghar Nal Se Jal' scheme under Paniala Rangas in Nadaun constituency, Rs. 8 crore up-gradation of Manpul Gauna-Karour-Basaral Jasoh road, Rs. 50 lakh Sub Divisional Veterinary Hospital Nadaun, Rs 48.51 crore Medium Irrigation Scheme for Nadaun, Rs 2.60 crore Lift Drinking Water Supply Scheme Jhalan-Basaral, and Rs 97.45 lakh Employment Sub Exchange Building.
Chief Minister laid foundation stones of Rs. 1.28 crore Science Lab at GSSS Dhaneta, Rs. 1.46 crore Science Lab at GSSS Badaran, Rs. 5 crore Degree College building at Dhaneta, Rs. 1.28 crore ADA office Nadaun, Rs. 2 crore PHC building at Rail, Rs. 3.47 crore helipad at Kohia, Rs. 29.50 crore Transport Nagar (Driving, Training and Testing Centre with ADTT facilities for HMV and LMV testing track at Nadaun), Rs. 2.85 crore improvement of the distribution system of LIS Batali, Rs. 5.76 crore improvement of the distribution system of LIS Rail and Dobber Patta in tehsil Nadaun, Rs. 1.48 crore improvement of LWSS Jol Sapper in tehsil Nadaun, Rs. 38.45 crore augmentation of LWSS Jagriyal, Bara Choru, Naughi Bhumpal, and Sai Matwar in tehsil Nadaun and Rs. 19.21 crore balance work for providing sewerage scheme to Nadaun town.
