Pinegrove School, Solan which is hosting the 22nd Sub Junior Inter Public School Hockey Tournament for Boys 2019 saw four matches being played on the 2nd day of the tournament. Hosts team Pinegrove School outplayed Mayo College by 2-0 in their second league match. Armaan of the winning side was awarded the ‘Player of the Match’. In another match between PPS, Nabha and Daly College, the score card read as 1-1. Priyanjal Shukla of Daly College was declared the ‘Player of the Match’. In back to back matches, Pinegrove boys defeated Scindia School, Gwalior lads by 5-0. Srijal of the winning side was declared the ‘Player of the Match’. The fourth match played between Daly College, Indore and Mayo School, Ajmer ended with the score card reading as 2-1 in favour of Daly College.  Hridayaansh of Daly College walked away with the ‘Player of the Match’ award.
