Defending champion team for the last two years, hosts Pinegrove School, Solan will clash with the lads from Punjab Public School Nabha in the finals of the 22nd Sub Junior Inter Public School Hockey Tournament for Boys 2019 at Dharampur. Earlier in the league matches of the tournament Pinegrove boys lost their last league match against PPS, Nabha by 3-2 not before they had made their way into the finals by virtue of their impressive wins in the earlier league matches. Anitwinder of the winning side was awarded the Player of the Match. In the match between Mayo College, Ajmer and Scindia Boys' School, Gwalior the score card read 5-0 in favour of Mayo College. Advaya Sidharth Bhatia of Mayo College was adjudged the Player of the Match. PPS, Nabha lads marched into the final by outplaying Scindia School, Gwalior by 4-0. Salaria of the winning side was declared the Player of the Match
