भारत और चीन के बीच पूर्वी लद्दाख में विवाद को लेकर कमांडरों की छठे दौर की वार्ता शुरू हो गई है। इस वार्ता में मुख्य रूप से लद्दाख में पेश आ रहे तनाव को देखते हुए सैनिकों के विघटन और डी-एस्केलेशन पर चर्चा की जा रही है।  यह बातचीत पूर्वी लद्दाख के मोल्डो बैठक पॉइंट पर की जा रही है। रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक भारतीय डेलिगेशन में विदेश मंत्रालय का भी एक अधिकारी शामिल है, ये पहली बार है जब मिलिट्री कमांडरों की बैठक में विदेश मंत्रालय का कोई अधिकारी मौजूद है। दोनों सेनाओं के कोर कमांडर-रैंक के अधिकारी अब तक पांच बार मिल चुके हैं, लेकिन लद्दाख सेक्टर में गतिरोध को तोड़ने में नाकाम रहे, जिसमें दोनों पक्षों द्वारा एक महत्वपूर्ण सैन्य निर्माण देखा गया है।

During the discussion on the Agriculture Bill in the Rajya Sabha on Sunday, the MPs of the opposition parties created a ruckus. Rajya Sabha Chairman M. Venkaiah Naidu appeared angry with yesterday's incident. He has suspended eight committing lawmakers for the remaining session. Eight Rajya Sabha members, including Trinamool Congress Derek O’Brien, were on Monday suspended from the House for a week over the unprecedented ruckus during the passage of the farm bills yesterday. Chairman M  Venkiah Naidu also rejected the no-confidence motion against his deputy, Harivansh. The no-confidence motion was moved on the grounds that proper procedure was not followed. While strongly condemning Sunday’s incident, Naidu told the House: “I was deeply pained by what happened yesterday. All social distancing and COVID protocols were violated. Whatever happened, defied logic. It was a bad day for the Rajya Sabha. The deputy chairman was physically threatened. I was worried about his physical well-being.” After this, Parliamentary Affairs Ministers read out a motion seeking suspension of eight members for the remainder of the session. Besides Derek O Brien, Sanjay Singh, Raju Satav, KK Ragesh, Ripun Bora, Dola Sen, Syed Nazir Hussain, and Elamaran Karim were also suspended. On Derek’s continuous protests and sloganeering, Naidu said: “I order Mr. Derek O’Brien to leave the house.” However, opposition members protested against the decision, leading to the adjournment of the proceedings for about 20 minutes. The session was further adjourned for 30 minutes as protests continued after the resumption of the House.  

किसान बिल को विरोध के बीच ध्वनि मत से पास कर दिया गया, जिसके बाद बीते कल विपक्ष के नेताओं ने हंगामा किया। आज मानसून सत्र के आठवें दिन, विपक्ष के हंगामे का मुद्दा उठाते हुए 8 विपक्षी सांसदों को राज्य सभा से निलंबित कर दिया गया। एक हफ्ते तक यह सांसद राज्य सभा की किसी भी कार्यवाही में हिस्सा नहीं ले पाएंगे। सांसदों पर उपसभापति के साथ दुर्व्यवहार करने का आरोप है। इन सांसदों के नाम- डेरेक ओ ब्रायन, संजय सिंह, राजू सातव, केके रागेश, रिपुन बोरा, डोला सेन, सैयद नजीर हुसैन और एलमरन करीम हैं। सांसद इसके बाद भी हंगामा करने से पीछे नहीं हैं, सभी निलंबित सांसद सदन में पहुंच गए और हंगामा करना शुरू कर दिया जिसके बाद उपसभापति ने सत्र की कार्यवाही को 10:30  बजे तक के लिए स्थगित कर दिया।  

सिविल अस्पताल राजगढ़ में रेपिड एंटीजन टेस्ट सुविधा आरम्भ हो गयी है और क्षेत्र के लोगों को कोरोना सेंपल की रिपोर्ट के लिए अब दो दिन इंतजार नहींकरना पड़ेगा। लोगो को  एक घंटे के भीतर ही टेस्ट की रिपोर्ट मिल जायेगी। यह जानकारी प्रभारी सिविल अस्पताल राजगढ़ डॉ  हितेंद्र गौतम ने दी । उन्होंने बताया कि स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने  जिला मुख्यालय नाहन के बाद सिविल अस्पताल राजगढ़ में भी रेपिड एंटीजन टेस्ट सुविधा आरम्भ की है। रेपिड एंटीजन टेस्ट की विशेषता यह है कि इसकी रिपोर्ट एक घंटे में मरीज को मिल जायेगी। इससे पहले राजगढ़ से सेम्पल लेकर नाहन भेजा जाता था और रिपोर्ट अगले दिन देर सांय तक आती थी। उन्होंने कहा कि अब कोरोना पॉजिटिव आने वाले व्यक्ती को उसी समय आईसोलेट कर दिया जायेगा जिससे अन्य लोगों के उसके सम्पर्क में आने से संक्रमित होने का खतरा भी कम होगा। डॉ हितेंद्र ने यह भी बताया कि अस्पताल में सर्जन आने के बाद फ़िलहाल माईनर सर्जरी भी आरम्भ की जा चुकी है और एनस्थीसिया के चिकित्सक के आने के बाद बड़े आपरेशन भी शुरू कर दिए जायेंगे। शीघ्र ही अस्पताल में अल्ट्रासाऊंड की सुविधा का लाभ भी लोगों को मिलेगा। 

दिल्ली में अखिल भारतीय कांग्रेस कमेटी के सदस्य, पूर्व मंत्री व विधायक श्री नयना देवी विधानसभा क्षेत्र राम लाल ठाकुर ने हिमाचल कांग्रेस के नए प्रभारी राजीव शुक्ला से शिष्टाचार भेंट की। इस मौके पर राम लाल ठाकुर ने बताया कि राजीव शुक्ला के हिमाचल प्रदेश के प्रभारी बनने से प्रदेश कांग्रेस और ज्यादा सुदृढ़ होगी, उन्होंने कहा कि राजीव शुक्ला की कार्यशैली और अनुभव से प्रदेश में कांग्रेस पार्टी में नई उमंग का सृजन होगा। राम लाल ठाकुर ने बताया कि इस शिष्टाचार भेंट में उन्होंने प्रदेश कांग्रेस के संगठन को लेकर चर्चा की और प्रदेश में कांग्रेस की नीतियों को कैसे आगे बढ़ाया जाए इस बात को लेकर चर्चा की। राम लाल ठाकुर ने कहा कि चूंकि राजीव शुक्ला एक वरिष्ठ राष्ट्रीय स्तर के पत्रकार भी रहे हैं और प्रदेश के मीडिया में क्या क्या मुद्दे कांग्रेस लेकर जाएगी इनके अनुभव का भी हमें फायदा मिलेगा। राम लाल ठाकुर ने कहा इसके अलावा उन्होंने प्रदेश के किसानों व बगवानो के मुद्दों पर भी उनसे बात की। राम लाल ठाकुर ने कहा कि जो राष्ट्रीय किसानों को लेकर केंद्र सरकार ने संशोधन विधेयक पास किया है उसको लेकर भी चर्चा की गई। उन्होंने बताया कि केंद्र कि सरकार कैसे कैसे शिक्षा नीति और किसानो के संशोधन विधेयक पर देश के छात्र वर्ग व किसान वर्ग को कुचलने की कोशिश कर रही है। राम लाल ठाकुर ने बताया इसके अलावा भी राजीव शुक्ला से कई नीतिगत व पार्टी संगठन जैसे गंभीर विषयों पर बात हुई। राजीव शुक्ला 24 और 25 सितंबर को हिमाचल प्रदेश से सभी कांग्रेसजनों से मिलने आ रहे हैं तो प्रदेश में कांग्रेस क्या रणनीति अपनाएगी वह राजीव शुक्ला के अनुभवों और कार्यशैली से सीखा जाएगा।  

विपक्ष के हंगामे के बीच किसान बिल राज्यसभा से पास हो गया है। कृषि संबंधित दो बिल ध्वनि मत से पास हुए हैं। उच्च सदन में बिल पर चर्चा के बाद कृषि मंत्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर ने जवाब दिया। सदन में विधेयक को लेकर विपक्ष ने जमकर हंगामा और नारेबाजी की। तृणमूल कांग्रेस के सांसद डेरेक ओ ब्रायन ने उपसभापति के सामने रूल बुक फाड़ दी। वहीं कांग्रेस और आप सांसद वेल में पहुंच गए। इतना ही नहीं सांसदों ने आसन के सामने लगे माइक को तोड़ दिया। चर्चा के दौरान कांग्रेस ने विधेयक को किसानों के डेथ वारंट पर हस्ताक्षर करने जैसा बताया।  

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has attacked the Modi government over the agricultural bills. Rahul said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is enslaving the farmers to the capitalists, which will never let the country succeed. He said, how will the farmers get the minimum support price at the end of the APMC / Kisan Market from the anti-black 'law' of the Modi government? Why MSP is not being guaranteed in this bill. Two bills have been introduced in the Rajya Sabha on Sunday. These bills have already been passed by the Lok Sabha. Several parties including Congress, Aam Aadmi Party, BSP, and Akali Dal are opposing this bill. There has been a split in the BJP-led NDA regarding the bills. Harsimrat Kaur, the BJP's oldest ally Akali Dal and a Union minister in Modi's cabinet, has resigned in protest against these bills. At the same time, TRS chief and Telangana CM KC Rao have asked his party MPs to oppose these bills and vote against them.  

Anurag Kashyap dismissed all the allegations on him by Payal Ghosh, saying that these are all attempts to ‘SILENCE’ him, as the celebrity has been vocal about the criticism of bollywood actors. It all began when 30 year old actress , Payal Ghosh took the matter to twitter and wrote that Anurag Kahyap was sexually inappropriate towards him. The actress also tagged Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the tweet seeking action against Anurag Kahyap.    She wrote - “@anuragkashyap72 has forced himself on me and extremely badly. @PMOIndia @narendramodi ji, kindly take action and let the country see the demon behind this creative guy. I am aware that it can harm me and my security is at risk. Please help!” Whereas in a series of tweets Anurag Kashyap dismissed all the allegations and claimed that all these statements are false and are made to ‘shut me up’   He tweeted - “Such a long time was taken to shut me up, never mind. (But) while shutting me up, you lied so much that you dragged other women also in it. Please maintain some dignity madam. All I will say is that all your allegations are baseless,” Madam, I have been married twice, if that’s a crime then I admit to it. I also admit that I have loved a lot, whether it’s my first wife or second.”  

Shiv Sena opposed agriculture bill, said the government should have consulted the state before proposing the bill, as Maharashtra and Punjab are the two major agricultural regions. "The government says that the new system would benefit farmers. Even if one believes it to be true, what was the harm in holding consultations with a few leading farmer leaders in the country? It should have at least held talks with NCP chief Sharad Pawar. But this government has nothing to do with the words ''dialogue'' or ''consultation''," the Sena said. The Lok Sabha on Thursday passed the Farmers ProduceTrade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Bill and the Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement on Price Assurance and Farm Services Bill.  "During the time of Vajpayee and Advani, the NDA allies used to be treated with respect, affection and trust. There used to be consultations on policy decisions and BJP leaders would hear out the views of the allies. In those times, spoken word had value," it added.

SSR केस में नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो द्वारा पकड़े गए ड्रग पैडलर राहिल विश्राम को 14 दिन की न्यायिक हिरासत पर भेज दिया गया है। अब राहिल अगले 14 दिनों तक जेल में ही रहेगा और इस दौरान NCB उस से किसी भी तरह की पूछताछ कर सकती है।  बता दें कि बॉलीवुड की ड्रग सप्लाई चेन में राहिल बड़ा मोहरा है। एनसीबी की मुंबई टीम ने गुरुवार को चलाए गए एक ऑपरेशन में बॉलीवुड को हशीस सप्लाई करने वाले राहिल को गिरफ्तार किया था। NCB की कोशिश इस पूरी चेन को क्रैक करने की है।  NCB जोनल डायरेक्टर समीर वानखेड़े और उनकी टीम ने मुंबई के पोवाई में छापा मारा और दो से तीन लोगों को हिरासत में ले लिया। इस छापेमारी में तकरीबन 500 ग्राम उच्च गुणवत्ता की बड जब्त की गई है जिसे बाजार में 6 से 8 हजार रुपये प्रति ग्राम के हिसाब से बेचा जा रहा था।

Governor Manoj Sinha announced a relief package for the state on Saturday. He announced an economic package of Rs 1,350 crore for the businessmen of Jammu and Kashmir facing the crisis. Announcing the relief package, Manoj Sinha said that I am happy to announce an economic package of Rs 1,350 crore for the businessmen of the state facing financial difficulties. This is in addition to the benefits of self-reliant India and other measures to facilitate traders.  Lieutenant  Governor Manoj Sinha also announced a 50 percent discount on electricity and water bills for one year. Apart from this, in the case of all loan holders in Jammu and Kashmir, exemption in stamp duty has been given till March 2021. The J&K Bank will set up a custom health-tourism scheme to provide financial assistance to the people in the tourism sector with good pricing repayment options. It has been decided to pay 5% interest to each borrower in the business community unconditionally for six months in the current financial year. Lt. Governor said that it would be a big relief and create employment in the state.

Alleged drug peddler Karamjeet arrested by NCB in-charge of being involved in peddling drugs in the Bollywood. Karamjeet filed an application in the court for being assaulted and forced to confess being involved in the following matter.  The NCB arrested KJ on September 13, claiming that he is one of the biggest drug peddlers in the suburbs and supplies drugs to the cine world.

21 सितम्बर को RCB का पहला IPL मैच है पर उससे पहले टीम फ्रेंचाइजी में एक बड़ा बदलाव किया गया है। RCB के चेयरमन पद पर अब डियाजियो इंडिया के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी (CEO) आनंद कृपालु विराजमान होंगे। बता दें इस से पहले संजीव चूरीवाला RCB के चेयरमैन का पद संभाल रहे थे। कृपालु एक अक्टूबर से अपना पद संभालेंगे।  आनंद डियाजियो इंडिया के सीईओ के साथ प्रबंध निदेशक भी हैं। फ्रेंचाइजी के नेतृत्व में बदलाव को लेकर आनंद ने कहा, ‘रॉयल चैलेंजर्स बेंगलुरु डियाजियो इंडिया का एक अभिन्न हिस्सा है और मैं पिछले छह वर्षों से पर्दे के पीछे से टीम की यात्रा का हिस्सा रहा हूं।’ उन्होंने कहा, ‘नए सत्र की शुरुआत से विराट, माइक हेसन और साइमन कैटिच के साथ टीम का नेतृत्व करना एक नया रोमांचक अध्याय बनेगा।’ उन्होंने कहा, ‘मैं आरसीबी और डियाजियो में योगदान के लिए संजीव को शुक्रिया करने के साथ भविष्य की नई भूमिका के लिए शुभकामनाएं देना चाहूंगा।’ 

On July 18, The Army had claimed that three terrorists had been killed in an operation at Ashmipora in Shopian. The matter came into light when the families of these victims raised voice. Imtiyaz Ahmed, Abrar Ahmed, and Mohd Ibrar, who hailed from Rajouri were three laborers and their families came forward claiming the missing three were cousins and one of them was 16 years old.  The Army itself admitted that the three killed in the encounter were laborers from Rajouri and the troops exceeded their powers UFSPA.  An inquiry was conducted and it is found that the Army personnel misused UFSPA. On the basis of collected information and evidence, further investigation will be done on those who are "answerable"  Mohammad Yusuf, the father of Abrar Ahmed said: “I want the bodies of all the three children. All three children were innocent and they have been killed in cold blood. I want those responsible to be hanged.”

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has claimed to have exposed the large network of Al Qaeda. The NIA has conducted raids in Kerala and West Bengal over the Al Qaeda module. During this raid of NIA, 9 suspicious people have been arrested for allegedly planning a terror strike in various parts of the country at the behest of handlers from Pakistan.    It is being told that raids have been conducted in completely new cases regarding Al-Qaeda. The raids have been conducted in Kerala’s  Ernakulam and Murshidabad in West Bengal. NIA has recovered country-made pistols, a rudimentary body armor, literature on homemade IEDs, and incriminating material.    NIA has arrested 3 suspected terrorists from Ernakulam in Kerala and 6 from Murshidabad in Bengal during the raids. It is being told that many security establishments were on their target. Most of the people arrested are being told around 20 years of age. All are laborers. These were being monitored after getting input about the terrorist plot.   The raids were conducted after the NIA came to know of an interstate module of al-Qaeda members at various places in the country including West Bengal and Kerala. This group was planning to target important establishments of the country. The NIA has registered a case regarding this and further investigation is on.

नरेंद्र मोदी स्कूल के दिनों में एक औसतन छात्र थे व एक्टिंग का भी शौक़ रखते थे। नरेंद्र मोदी बचपन सेही वाद-विवाद नाटकों में भाग लेते थे। उन्होंने एक्टिंग के लिए कई पुरस्कार जीते। मोदी एनसीसी में भी शामिल हुए। कहा जाता है एक बार मोदी शर्मिष्ठा तालाब से घड़ियाल का बच्चा उठा कर घर ले आए थे। वह इसे पालने के इच्छुक थे परन्तु माँ के बहुत समझने के बाद इस इच्छा को त्याग कर उन्होंने उसे वापिस छोड़ कर आने का निर्णय लिया। 

भारत के 14 वें प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र दामोदरदास मोदी का जन्म गुजरात के 17 सितंबर 1950 को वड़नगर में दामोदर दास मूलचंद मोदी और हीराबेन के यहां हुआ। नरेन्द्र मोदी को बचपन में नरिया कहकर बुलाया जाता था। उनके पिता स्टेशन पर चाय बेचने का काम किया करते थे परन्तु वे सन्यासी जीवन से बहुत प्रभावित थे ओर बचपन से ही सन्यासी बनना चाहते थे। सन्यासी बनने के लिए मोदी स्कूल की पढ़ाई के बाद ही घर से भाग गए थे। इस दौरान मोदी पश्चिम बंगाल के रामकृष्ण आश्रम सहित कई जगहों पर घूमते रहे। वह बचपन से ही दूसरे बच्चों से बिलकुल अलग थे।

सोमवार से संसद के मानसून सत्र की शुरुआत होने वाली है लेकिन उससे पहले  ही लोकसभा के पांच सांसद कोरोना पॉजिटिव पाए गए हैं। रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक जिन सांसदों की रिपोर्ट पॉज़िटिव आई है उनमें दो महिला सांसद भी शामिल हैं। अब अन्य सांसदों का कोरोना टेस्ट चल रहा है। इसके अलावा सुरक्षा कर्मियों, लोकसभा व राज्यसभा कर्मियों और मीडिया प्रतिनिधियों के भी टेस्ट कराए जा रहे हैं। इस बार कोरोना संकट के चलते संसद सत्र में सब कुछ बदला-बदला सा नजर आएगा। कोरोना से बचाव के लिए दोनों सदनों के सांसदों और उनके स्टाफ के कोरोना टेस्ट किए जा रहे हैं। संसद सत्र के दौरान भी कोरोना की गाइडलाइन का पालन किया जाएगा। लोकसभा हर रोज 4 घंटे बैठेगी। ऐसे में शून्य काल की अवधि भी कम करके आधे घंटे कर दी गई है। सवालों का जवाब भी लिखित रूप में दिया जाएगा। 

Amid the bitter political brawl with Maharashtra's ruling Shiv Sena, Bollywood Actor Kangana Ranaut met Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari Sunday evening. While the purpose of the meeting is unknown, it comes days after Kangana's Mumbai office was partially demolished by BMC. The demolition was stopped by the Bombay High Court after she filed a petition.  On Twitter, she hit out at the Shiv Sena party over an attack on a retired Navy officer. She went on to criticize Maharashtra 'Gutbandhan', wondering what the Shiv Sena founder Bala Saheb Thackeray would feel about the present condition of the political party.  "Great Bala Saheb Thakeray one of my most favorite icons, his biggest fear was some day Shiv Sena will do Gutbandhan and become a congress ⁦@INCIndia⁩ I want to know what is his conscious feeling today looking at the condition of his party ?" she tweeted. She even targeted Sonia Gandhi, asking her if she felt any 'anguish' over how the actor was treated.  "Dear respected honourable @INCIndia president Sonia Gandhi ji being a woman arn’t you anguished by the treatment I am given by your government in Maharashtra? Can you not request your Government to uphold the principles of the Constitution given to us by Dr. Ambedkar?" she added.    

शिवसेना कंगना पर तीखे हमले अपने मुखपत्र सामना के जरिए लगातार कर रहा है। इस बार शिवसेना ने एक तीर से दो लोगों पर वार किया है। कंगना के साथ शिवसेना ने बॉलीवुड अभिनेता अक्षय कुमार को भी आड़े हाथ लिया है। शिवसेना ने सामना में लिखा, 'महाराष्ट्र की राजधानी मुंबई को ग्रहण लगाने का प्रयास एक बार फिर शुरू हो गया है। ये ग्रहण ‘बाहरी’ लोग लगा रहे हैं। लेकिन इन्हें मजबूत बनाने के लिए परंपरा के अनुसार हमारे ही घर के भेदी आगे आए हैं। बीच के दौर में मुंबई को पाकिस्तान कहा गया। सामना में अक्षय कुमार पर तंज कस्ते हुए कहा गया है कि अक्षय कुमार को मुंबई ने काफी कुछ दिया है। उन्होंने इस सपनों के शहर में अपार सफलता पाई है, लेकिन फिर भी उन्होंने कंगना के खिलाफ एक शब्द नहीं बोला। मुंबई का अपमान होता रहा लेकिन उन्होंने इसका विरोध नहीं किया। वे लिखते हैं- संपूर्ण नहीं, कम-से-कम आधे हिंदी फिल्म जगत को तो मुंबई के अपमान के विरोध में आगे आना ही चाहिए था। बता दें कि पिछले कुछ दिनों में शिवसेना व कंगना के बीच तीखी नोक झोंक चली हुई है।  

India has continued to witness a spike of over 90,000 cases per day for the past few days. On Sunday India recorded a total of 94,372 cases, pushing the country's tally to over 47 Lakh. The total number of coronavirus cases has mounted to 47,54,357, while the death toll climbed to 78,586 with 1,114 people succumbing to the infection in a span of 24 hours.  Maharashtra, the worst-affected state in the country has crossed the 10 lakh COVID-19 cases mark from what was just under 8 lakh. India's tally also surged past that of Brazil to become the second worst-affected country, behind the United States. However, India’s recovery rate is steadily improving and is at 77.9 percent. The case fatality rate also remains well below 2 percent, significantly lower than some of the other major countries with a similarly high caseload.

  NCB arrested drug dealer Karamjeet in the SSR case, for allegedly being involved in drug procurement. Drug dealer Karamjeet was arrested from the Andheri West area of Mumbai. NCB searched for Karamjeet since the WhatsApp chats between Samuel Miranda and Shovik Chakraborty were released in which Samuel forwarded Karamjeet’s contact information to Shovik Chakraborty.  The police are also investigating the case been connected with Sushant’s former manager Disha Salian’s death. 7 alleged drug peddlers are arrested by NCB till now and the search is still going on.   

Kannada actress Sanjana Galrani refuses to have a dope test, saying it is a fundamental right to say NO. Sanjana Galrani was arrested in the Sandalwood Drug Racket case. She was arrested for allegedly having links with drug peddlers. The actress was supposed to have a dope test as a part of NCB’s investigation but she dramatically refused to give her blood samples saying “I have lost my confidence in the police. I don’t know why I have been arrested. You are not telling me the reason. Even if I give blood tests I don't trust that the blood will be mine. My lawyers told me No. It's my fundamental right to say no. Nobody can force me to give blood samples. You people have made me a fool and brought me here. There is no evidence against me, I didn't do anything wrong. Just because we spoke to each other over the phone doesn't mean that I am involved in the crime. I can say no to give blood samples. My lawyer has told me. Every day I am asking you all, why you brought me here", Sanjana Galrani is seen arguing in the video with the CCB officials and the senior doctors.”  

अरुणाचल प्रदेश से लापता हुए युवकों को चीन की पीपल्स लिबरेशन आर्मी ने शनिवार को भारतीय अधिकारीयों के हवाले कर दिया है। पीएलए द्वारा कथित तौर पर अगवा किए गए पांच युवकों को अंजॉ जिले में छोड़ दिया गया। यह स्थान ईटानगर से करीब 1,000 किमी की दूरी पर है। बता दें पीएलए ने मंगलवार को माना था की अरुणाचल से लापता हुए युवक उस के पास है।  रिपोर्टस के अनुसार, रक्षा विभाग के पीआरओ ने बताया है कि चीन ने लापता हुए पांचों युवकों को औपचारिक तौर पर शनिवार किबिटू में भारतीय सेना के हवाले कर दिया है। अभी उन्हें कोरोना प्रोटोकॉल के तहत 14 दिनों के लिए क्वारंटाइन किया जाएगा। इसके बाद उन्हें परिवार के सदस्यों को सौंप दिया जाएगा। 

The animal trials of Indian Covid19 vaccine ‘COVAXIN’ are successful. The Hyderabad based firm Bharat Biotech announced promising results of tests seen in monkeys given COVAXIN vaccine. The vaccine promises to have a good response to the immune system. The vaccine has now reached the phase 1/2 trials and is now ready for clinical trials. The volunteers have been selected for the clinical trials and the trial will begin AIIMS (Patna). Eighteen volunteers at AIIMS Patna will undergo these checkups before being trialed with the vaccine dosage. Worldwide, a total of 155 vaccines are in different stages of development, of which 22 have reached human trial stage, with Bharat Biotech’s COVAXIN being one among them.   

बिहार में इस साल विधानसभा के लिए चुनाव होने है। चुनाव नजदीक आते ही बिहार की राजनीती में सियासी हलचल तेज हो गई है।  शनिवार को बीजेपी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा ने पटना में मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार से मुलाकात की. मुलाकात के बाद आत्मनिर्भर बिहार कार्यक्रम में बोलते हुए नड्डा ने साफ कर दिया कि भाजपा और एलजेपी, नीतीश कुमार के नेतृत्व में ही विधानसभा चुनाव लड़ेंगे. बताया जा रहा है कि नीतीश व जेपी नड्डा के बीच चुनाव में सीटों को लेकर चर्चा हुई। विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले सत्ताधारी एनडीए में रार चल रही है. एलजेपी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष चिराग पासवान ने नीतीश कुमार के खिलाफ मोर्चा खोल रखा है. चिराग के तेवर अलग ही संकेत दे रहे हैं, वहीं भारतीय जनता पार्टी का दावा है कि एनडीए के सभी घटक दल साथ मिलकर बिहार के चुनावी रण में उतरेंगे.

Maharashtra's ruling power Shiv Sena, allegedly attacked an ex-navy officer for forwarding Uddhav Thakarey’s ridiculing cartoon on social media. The 65-year-old Madan Sharma was attacked near his home in Kandivali East, Mumbai. The retired Navy Officer filed a complaint against Shiv Sena workers where he said that he forwarded Uddhav Thakeray’s funny cartoon in his residential society’s WhatsApp group. Later that day he got a call from Kamlesh Kadam, who called him outside his building where he was attacked by a group of masked men.   Society’s CCTV footage is being widely shared on social media where Madan Sharma is seen thrashed by masked men. In the footage, Madan walked outside his building towards the main gate and after a few moments he’s seen running back and a group of men chasing him. One of them punched him on his face. Several BJP leaders, including former Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, posted a photo of an injured Madan Sharma.   "The ruling Shiv Sena which showed its masculinity by demolishing the office of actor Kangana Ranaut has now beaten a retired Navy officer and has injured his eye. The Chief Minister is running dictatorship from his house," Atul Bhatkhalkar, BJP MLA from Mumbai's Kandivali East constituency, tweeted      In the following matter, six people including Kamlesh Kadam are arrested by the police and the investigation is under process.

Sushant Singh Rajput case has taken a new turn where Rhea Chakraborty has named Sara Ali Khan, Rakul Preet, and designer Simone Khambatta, Sushant’s former manager Rohini Iyer for consuming drugs. It was a new development in the SSR case whereas many B-Town celebrities are on NCB's radar. The investigation on the drug angle began with the revelation of Rhea Chakraborty's deleted WhatsApp chats. NCB arrested Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Shovik Chakraborty where they confessed involvement in drug procurement. She accepted her involvement in handling finances after the drug procurement. Rhea Chakraborty also told NCB that 80 percent of Bollywood Stars are on drugs. Rhea Chakraborty's bail application was rejected by the court on Friday. Sushant was found dead in his residence, the Mumbai Police concluded it is a suicide and investigated reasons behind Sushant ending his life. Later on, the investigation was handed over to CBI, NCB and ED.  

Former  Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis has reacted on issues related to the Sushant Singh Rajput case and  BMC action against Kangana Ranaut. BJP in-charge Devendra Fadnavis said that Sushant Singh's issue is not an election issue. He was the son of the country, not only of Bihar. Devendra Fadnavis also reacted to Kangana Ranaut's PoK statement. He said that Mumbai cannot be compared to PoK, it was wrong to say so.   The former Maharashtra CM said that the common man wanted that the Sushant case should be investigated. That is why the CBI has taken over the charge.  While a press conference in Patna, Devendra Fadnavis said that there was no hope of getting justice after Sushant's death, things came out through the media, drugs angle was also revealed. He said that Sushant's issue is not an election issue for us. Sushant was the son of the country, not only of Bihar. Devendra Fadnavis said that the BJP is standing with Kangana Ranaut. We support her. The Government of Maharashtra forgot that their fight was going on with Corona and not with Kangana. The government should understand their responsibility.   Praising Nitish's government, Devendra Fadnavis said that the NDA government in Bihar is doing a good job. Both Narendra Modi's government at the center and Nitish Kumar's government in Bihar have done a lot of work.  

On Friday, a man who allegedly threatened Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut on the social networking site was arrested. The man has claimed that he is a fan of actress Kangana Ranaut. A team of Mumbai Police arrested Palash Ghosh with the help of Kolkata Police from the residence in Tollygunge in the early hours on Friday for threatening Raut. Ghosh had warned the Shiv Sena leader of 'serious consequences' on the social networking site. The Mumbai Police approached the Kolkata Police in the case and he was arrested. According to the information, Ghosh will be presented before the Alipur court of the city where the Mumbai Police will request a transit remand to take him to Mumbai. Kangana Ranaut and Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut were engaged in a war of words over the Mumbai police’s handling of the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput case.  

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on Friday held a high-level security review meeting with National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, Chief of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat, and the three army chiefs to discuss the ongoing situation along the China border. Points of the meeting  include all existing agreements and protocols for border management, maintaining peace and stability, and avoiding any action. During the meeting, India also strongly raised the issue of deployment of large numbers of troops and military equipment by China along the Line of Actual Control in East Ladakh.   As part of the tension along the border, India and China are holding brigade commanders level talks in Chushul from 11 am on Friday.   Rajnath met with the three army chiefs at a time while Foreign Minister S Jaishankar is meeting his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi on Thursday evening in the Russian capital Moscow. In the meeting, the two ministers held talks to reduce the tension on the border. Both have agreed on five points. Such talks between the two countries are being held on a daily basis except for Monday-Tuesday. At the same time, the Indian Army is actively monitoring the activities of the Chinese army in the area bordering Lake Pangong Tso to prevent them from occupying any area of ​​India.  

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday addressed the '21st-century schooling' conference under National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 through video conferencing. The Prime Minister's Office (PMO) said in a statement, the Ministry of Education is organizing a two-day conference, which started as an education festival from Thursday. He said, “The New education policy will sow the seeds for starting a new era, and will give a new direction to 21st century India”.The prime minister added that the focus needs to be on the implementation of the policy. “Our work has just begun; National Education Policy has to be implemented equally effectively,” he said. Within the past one week, the Education Ministry has received over 15 lakh suggestions on its implementation, said PM while addressing the conclave on ‘School Education in 21st Century’ organized by the Ministry of Education as a part of Shiksha Parv (festival of education). The Prime Minister had earlier talked about the higher education part of the NEP during a conclave on ‘transformational reforms in higher education’. The Shiksha Parv is being celebrated from September 8-25. Several webinars and conferences are taking place to discuss the action plan of the NEP 2020. The PM said, “We have to pursue our students with 21st-century skills. What will these 21st-century skills be? These will be Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, Curiosity, and Communication. The NEP has been designed in a  way to reduce the syllabus and focus on fundamental things. A National Curriculum Framework will be developed to make learning integrated and interdisciplinary, fun-based, and complete experience. There are so many professions that require deep skills, but we neglect them. When children will be aware of such professions it is likely that there will be a kind of emotional connection, they will respect them. It may be that many of these children grow up to join such industries, and pursue them. Every region across the country has its own specialty, some traditional art, workmanship, products are famous everywhere. Visit the students in those looms, handlooms, see how these clothes are made? Overall skills and personality of students will develop from this education policy.   

On Friday, the Health Ministry has reiterated the critical importance of Oxygen in hospitals for management of critical COVID patients. In a letter written to the States/UTs, Union Health Secretary has emphasised that availability of adequate and uninterrupted supply of medical oxygen is an important pre-requisite for managing moderate and severe cases of COVID-19. The Health Secretary has urged the States/UTs to ensure that no restriction is imposed on the movement of medical oxygen between them. It has been strongly reinforced that it is every State's responsibility to ensure that every hospitalized COVID patient receives oxygen. It has been again brought to their notice that medical oxygen constitutes an Essential Public Health Commodity and any impediment in the supplies of medical oxygen in the country may critically impact the management of patients suffering from COVID-19 disease in other parts of the country. Moreover, some of the major oxygen manufacturers/supplies already have existing supply agreements with hospitals in various states with a legal obligation to fulfil such agreements. The Centre-led COVID management strategy is based on Standard of Care Treatment Guidelines. These Guidelines have ensured a uniform and standardised quality of medical care in all the COVID facilities, including hospitals. For moderate and severe cases, adequate oxygen support, appropriate and timely administration of anti-coagulants and widely available and inexpensive corticosteroids, in accordance with the protocol, can be considered to be the mainstay of COVID-19 therapy. Adequate supply of oxygen throughout the country has enabled effective clinical care of the hospitalised moderate and severe cases, in conjunction with other measures. The adopted host of strategies have actively resulted in rising Recovery Rate and steadily declining Case Fatality Rate (1.67% currently).  As on date, less than 3.7% of active patients are on oxygen support.

बुधवार, ड्रग्स कनेक्शन केस में गिरफ्तार रिया-शौविक समेत अन्य की जमानत याचिका पर कोर्ट ने फैसला सुना दिया है। कोर्ट ने उक्त द्वारा दायर याचिका को खारिज कर दिया है। फिलहाल रिया समेत अन्य सभी मुजरिमों को जेल में ही अपने दिन गुजरने होंगे। बता दें रिया इस समय भायखला जेल में 14 दिन की न्यायिक हिरासत में है। रिया के साथ एनसीबी ने उनके भाई शौविक चक्रवर्ती, दीपेश सावंत, सैमुएल मिरांडा, जैद विलात्रा व अब्दुल बासित को गिरफ्तार किया है। रिया पर ड्रग्‍स मुहैया करवाने, ड्रग्‍स के लिए पैसे देने, सुशांत के साथ पेडलर्स संग सीधे संबंध रखने, शौविक, सैमुअल, दीपेश को ड्रग्‍स के ल‍िए इंस्‍ट्रक्‍शंस देने के आरोप हैं।

A special court in Mumbai today rejected the bail plea of Rhea Chakraborty and others accused in the drug abuse case. Rhea will not be relieved from the jail today. The bail petition of all 6 accused has been rejected by the court. All the 6 accused include Rhea, Shovik, Deepesh Sawant, Samuel Miranda, Zaid, Basit Parihar. Rhea-Shovik's difficulties have increased after this court decision. Rhea’s lawyer Satish Manshinde released a statement that currently they are waiting for the order copy and will be deciding for the course of action next week. He said once we get a copy of the NDPS special court order, we will approach the High Court for bail. Rhea Chakraborty will stay in Byculla jail, where the magistrate sent her to judicial custody till September 22.  

Kangana Ranaut has questioned Congress President Sonia Gandhi in her latest tweet. Kangana Ranaut has raised questions over the silence of Sonia Gandhi over the dispute with Shiv Sena. She asked her to intervene after the BMC carried out a demolition drive at her Bandra office.  Kangana wrote in her tweet -Dear Respected honorable @INCIndia president Sonia Gandhi ji, being a woman, aren't you anguished by the treatment I am given by your Maharashtra government.  Can you not request your government to uphold the principles of the Constitution given by Dr. Ambedkar?  In the second tweet, Kangana wrote - you have grown up in the  West and lived here in India. You may be aware of the struggle of women. History will judge your silence and indifference when your own government is harassing women and making fun of law and order. I hope you will intervene in this matter. Apart from this, Kangana Ranaut has described Bala Saheb Thackeray as her favorite icon. She wrote a tweet saying  - Bala Saheb Thackeray's biggest fear was that Shiv Sena will one day combine and will become  Congress. Kangna said in her tweet that I want to know what Balasaheb must be feeling after seeing this situation of his party today.    After the demolition of Kangana's office by BMC as a part of retaliation against Kangana. Kangana has been vocal against the party continuously and the party may have to face high consequences as the whole nation along with the Himachal Pradesh Government is standing with  Kangana. Yesterday too hashtag #Himachalkibeti was trending on twitter.   

Rhea Chakraborty was arrested on Tuesday in a drug case. After this, the court sentenced her to spend 14 days in jail. After the court's decision, Rhea had to spend the first night in NCB lockup. Although Rhea had asked for bail but the court refused. Rhea is lodged in Byculla Jail. Rhea has again filed for bail in the court. On which the special court of Mumbai will give a decision soon. She has said in her bail request that she was coerced into making self-incriminatory confessions, which she now retracts. She has also said her life is at risk in judicial custody, that she has received rape and death threats and that three investigations have "taken a severe toll on her mental health and well-being".   Rhea Chakraborty's petition for bail says she has "not committed any crime whatsoever and has been falsely implicated in the case". Prior to Rhea Chakraborty, NCB had clamped down on her brother Shovik. Along with Shovik, many other drug peddlers were also arrested by the NCB. As Rhea's drug chat with Shovik was revealed. In NCB's inquiry on Rhea, confessing about buying drugs, but refused to take it. Rhea also said that she used to arrange drugs for Sushant.  

Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust loses 6 lakhs to a fraud  cheque clone. The matter came into highlight when the fraudster tried withdrawing 9.86 lakhs from the trust's account. One further enquiry matter, it was found that the amount if 6 lakhs was withdrawn earlier too. The money was withdrawn from two accounts in lucknow, by cheque cloning from Bank of Baroda Branch.A sum of Rs 2.5 lakhs was withdrawn from the bank on September 1 and then a sum of Rs 3.5 lakh, two days later. The matter is being investigated.  

Maharashtra’s Governor Criticises Uddhav Thackeray Over Handling Kangana’s Case  The case of the demolition of  Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut is catching fire. In this case, the Governor of Maharashtra Bhagat Singh Koshyari has become active and he discussed the Chief Advisor of Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, Ajeya Mehta. The governor expressed displeasure over chief minister Uddhav Thackeray’s “inept handling of Kangana's episode” particularly the haste shown by the Shiv Sena- controlled BMC in demolishing sections of the actor’s Bandra bungalow. Koshiyari is likely to submit a report to the Center on the subject.   Significantly, the dispute between the Kangana Ranaut and the Maharashtra government of demolishing the office by BMC is continuously increasing. A hearing is to be held today at around 3 pm in Bombay High Court regarding the vandalism in Kangana's office. Meanwhile, Kangana's sister Rangoli has reached her office. Police have been deployed outside Kangana's office.   In the meantime, Kangana Ranaut has responded by tweeting on the Shiv Sena's Marathi card. Kangana Ranaut has written that people condemn the hooliganism committed by the Maharashtra government. I am receiving calls from well-wishers. I get love and respect in Mumbai too.

The bitter spat between the party and the Bollywood actress has taken a serious turn. Now Kangana in her latest tweet, along with Uddhav Thackeray, has also targeted the Congress and described Shiv Sena as Sonia Sena. Kangana Ranaut wrote in her tweet - The ideology on which Shri Bala Saheb Thackeray had built Shiv Sena, the party, today, is ready to sell its ideology and become Sonia Sena from Shiv Sena, do not call those goons who broke my house from behind me a civic body, of the Constitution. Do not insult so much. Further attacking the Shiv Sena she tweeted: Your father’s good deeds can only give you wealth but respect, you have to gain yourself. How many mouths can you shut? How many voices will you suppress from how long you will run away from the truth? you are nothing but just a huge example of nepotism.   

  Five Rafale fighter jets were formally inducted into the Air Force at the Ambala airbase today amid the ongoing deadlock at the border in India and China. Now it's flypast's turn. The program was attended by Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and French Defense Minister Florence Perley, along with Chief of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat, Chief of Air Staff RKS Bhadoria. The aircraft will be duly inducted into the 17th Squadron of the Air Force. The program will include the ceremonial unveiling of the Rafale Aircraft, a traditional Sarva Dharma Pooja, air display by Rafale and Tejas aircraft as well as by the Sarang aerobatic team.  

Shri Rajpoot Karni Sena stands in support of Kangana Ranaut and demanded actions against Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut. The members of Karni sena protested against Sanjay Raut in Gorakhpur for his disrespectful remarks on the celebrity. In aggression they have burnt his effigy as well. They said, the leader should apologize, the language he has used for Kangana is a big insult to all women. Karni Sena has also taken the responsibility of Kangana's security in Mumbai. District president of Karni Sena, Devendra Singh said  "Rajputs have always supported women whenever they have been subjected to humiliation and insult. Sanjay Raut has used unparliamentary language for Kangana Ranaut which is very objectionable. We demand that the Maharashtra government and the Shiv Sena should take stern action against Sanjay Raut otherwise Karni Sena will be on roads to fight for the respect of women."

Where Russia reported positive results of the 2nd phase trials for vaccine Sputnik-V on healthy adults, the vaccine is ready for its 3rd phase trials. Sputnik-V is developed by Gamaleya Research Institute in Russia, approved by Ministry of Health of the Russian federation. India showed interest in conducting 3rd phase trials in the country. Reportedly, vaccine will be available in India from the month of september that gives hopes to the Covid-19 patients. 20 countries, including India are interested in conducting the trials. Results will be reported online in the month of October or November.

कंगना और महाराष्ट्र सरकार के बीच की ये लड़ाई अब एक अलग मोड़ ले चुकी है। BMC द्वारा ऑफिस तुड़वाए जाने के बाद बॉलीवुड एक्ट्रेस कंगना रनौत ने एक वीडियो ट्वीट करके महाराष्ट्र सरकार को जवाब दिया है। इस वीडियो में कंगना का रौद्र रूप देखा जा सकता है। कंगना रनौत ने अपने इस वीडियो में कहा, "उद्धव ठाकरे तुझे क्या लगता है? कि तूने फिल्म माफिया के साथ मिलकर, मेरा घर तोड़कर मुझसे बहुत बड़ा बदला लिया है? आज मेरा घर टूटा है, कल तेरा घमंड टूटेगा। ये वक्त का पहिया है, याद रखना, हमेशा एक जैसा नहीं रहता।" कंगना ने इस वीडियो में कहा, "और मुझे लगता है कि तुमने मुझ पर बहुत बड़ा एहसान किया है क्योंकि मुझे पता तो था कि कश्मीरी पंडितों पर क्या बीती होगी। आज मैंने महसूस किया है और आज मैं इस देश को वचन देती हूं कि मैं सिर्फ अयोध्या पर ही नहीं, कश्मीर पर भी एक फिल्म बनाऊंगी और अपने देशवासियों को जगाऊंगी।"  कंगना ने कहा, "मुझे पता था कि ये मेरे साथ होगा तो होगा। लेकिन मेरे साथ हुआ है... इसका कोई मतलब है, इसके कोई मायने हैं। और उद्धव ठाकरे ये जो क्रूरता और ये जो आतंक है... अच्छा हुआ कि ये मेरे साथ हुआ क्योंकि इसके कुछ मायने हैं।" कंगना ने वीडियो को खत्म करते हुए अंत में हाथ जोड़कर जय हिंद-जय महाराष्ट्र कहा।  बता दें कि शिवसेना और कंगना रनौत के बीच चल रही ये जुबानी जंग अब काफी आक्रामक रूप ले चुकी है। कंगना के मुंबई लौटते वक्त आज एयरपोर्ट पर शिवसेना के हजारों समर्थकों ने काले झंडे लहराए और कंगना रनौत वापस जाओ के नारे लगाए। BMC कंगना के ऑफिस में पहले ही काफी विध्वंस मचा चुकी है, हालाँकि अब महाराष्ट्र हाई कोर्ट ने इसे अगली सुनवाई तक स्थगित कर दिया है। 

Kangana Ranaut left for Mumbai today, where she was welcomed by the Shiv Sena workers at the airport. The workers held black flags and protested against her. Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut said " For me the issue is over, now its government's responsibility. The matter has gone to the high court and BMC will file their reply tomorrow. There is no revenge politics now. Many outsiders come here and stay " In the amid of vocal war between Kangana and Sanjay Raut, Kangana's Manikarnika Films office has been demolished by the BMC. Kangana shared snippets of her demolished office on twitter. Kangana's lawyer reached to the court and got the stay order on further demolishment of the office. Sanjay pawar said that the timing of demolishment has sent the wrong mesaage to the public and provided "unnecessary publicity" to Kangana Ranaut.

BMC और महाराष्ट्र सरकार के साथ चल रहे विवाद के बीच अभिनेत्री कंगना रनौत मुंबई पहुँच गई हैं। मुंबई पुलिस पर उनकी टिप्पणी को लेकर शिवसेना कार्यकर्ताओं ने हवाई अड्डे पर विरोध प्रदर्शन किया। शिवसेना कार्यकर्ता हवाईअड्डे के बाहर काले झंडे के साथ कंगना खिलाफ नारे लगाते हुए देखे गए। आरपीआई (ए) और करणी सेना के कार्यकर्ता भी अभिनेता के समर्थन में एकत्र हुए। आरपीआई (ए) नेता और केंद्रीय मंत्री रामदास अठावले ने घोषणा की थी कि उनकी पार्टी के कार्यकर्ता मुंबई में रहते हुए कंगना की रक्षा करेंगे। क्या बोले मुख्यमंत्री जयराम  मुख्यमंत्री जयराम ठाकुर ने महाराष्ट्र में कंगना के ऑफिस को शिव सेना द्वारा तोड़े जाने पर कहा कि ये दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है। सीएम ने कहा की शिव सेना का गठन जिस चीज़ के लिए हुए था वह मूल को ख़त्म कर दिया गया है। जब से शिव सेना ने कांग्रेस के साथ गठबंधन किया है शिव सेना का वजूद खत्म है। शिव सेना की हालात भी कांग्रेस जैसी होने वाली है।

Indian foreign minister to attend a lunch meeting with China, Russia counterparts in Moscow  Tensions continue between India and China on the Ladakh border, In spite of all the efforts being made to resolve the border dispute, China's nefarious activities are making it wasteful. At the same time, in the midst of border tension, India's Foreign Minister S Jaishankar and his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi are going to have a meeting in Moscow. The boundary dispute can be discussed in this lunch meeting. Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will also attend this meeting. It is believed that Russia can help ease border tensions. Significantly, Foreign Minister S Jaishankar arrived in Moscow on Tuesday, amid tensions going on at the border between India and China. He will attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) foreign ministers' meeting here during his four-day visit. His visit comes just a few days after Defense Minister Rajnath Singh traveled to Russia's capital. Singh was here to attend the eight-member SCO defense ministers meeting. Jaishankar will attend the SCO Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) meeting during his stay in Moscow. This will be the third meeting of the Council in which India will join as a full member.
