सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की मौत के बाद अब TV इंडस्ट्री को एक बड़ा झटका लगा है। 'ये रिश्ते हैं प्यार के' टी वि शो के एक्टर समीर शर्मा मुंबई स्तिथ अपने घर में मृत पाए गए हैं। रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक समीर का शव बुधवार को उनके घर में kitchen के पंखे से लटकता हुआ मिला। समीर मलाड वेस्ट में एक सी.एच.एस बिल्डिंग में रह रहे थे।  मलाड पुलिस के अनुसार, समीर शर्मा जिस अपार्टमेंट में रह रहे थे, उन्होंने वह इसी साल फरवरी में किराए पर लिया था। रात में ड्यूटी पर राउंड मार रहे वॉचमैन ने बॉडी को देखा और सोसाइटी के मेबर्स को जानकारी दी। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, बॉडी की हालत देख पुलिस को अंदेशा है कि समीर शर्मा ने 2 दिन पहले ही आत्महत्या कर ली थी। हालांकि मौके से कोई सूइसाइड नोट नहीं मिला है। फिलहाल इस मामले में ऐक्सिडेंटल डेथ का केस रजिस्टर कर लिया गया और बॉडी को ऑटॉप्सी के लिए भेज दिया गया है। समीर शर्मा ने 'ये रिश्ते हैं प्यार के', 'ज्योति', 'कहानी घर घर की', 'लेफ्ट राइट लेफ्ट', 'वो रहने वाली महलों की', 'गीत हुई सबसे पराई' और 'इस प्यार को क्या नाम दूं-एक बार फिर' जैसे पॉपुलर टीवी शोज में काम किया।

विजय माल्या केस में एक नया मोड़ आया है। माल्या केस में गुरुवार को SC में होने वाली सुनवाई नहीं हो पाई है। दरअसल, सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में मामले से जुड़ा एक निश्चित दस्तावेज शीर्ष अदालत की फाइलों से गायब हो गया है। इस वजह से सुनवाई को 20 अगस्त तक के लिए स्थगित कर दिया गया है। तीन साल पहले माल्या ने पुनर्विचार याचिका दायर की थी जो सुनवाई के लिए अब लिस्ट हुई। माल्या ने 14 जुलाई, 2017 के फैसले के खिलाफ पुनर्विचार याचिका दायर की थी। तीन साल पहले कोर्ट द्वारा बार-बार निर्देश के बावजूद बैंकों को 9,000 करोड़ रुपये का भुगतान न करने के लिए माल्या को अवमानना का दोषी ठहराया गया था। माल्या ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के खिलाफ जाकर अपनी संपत्ति अपने परिवार के नाम ट्रांसफर कर दी थी। अदालत ने पिछली सुनवाई में अपनी ही रजिस्ट्री से स्पष्टीकरण मांगा था कि मई 2017 के आदेश के खिलाफ माल्या की अपील अदालत के सामने लिस्ट क्यों नहीं की गई है? कोर्ट ने रजिस्ट्री से उन अधिकारियों का नाम भी पूछा था जो फाइल से निपटाते हैं।   करोड़ों लेकर विदेश भागा माल्या  माल्या 2 मार्च, 2016 को भारत से गुपचुप तरीके से भाग गया था। 18 अप्रैल, 2017 को ब्रिटेन की पुलिस ने उसे स्कॉटलैंड यार्ड में गिरफ्तार कर लिया था। हालांकि, लंदन की अदालत ने उसे कुछ ही घंटों में जमानत पर रिहा कर दिया। माल्या का भारत में प्रत्यर्पण की कोशिश सरकार कर रही है। माल्या पर भारत के 17 बैंकों का 9 हजार करोड़ रुपये बकाया है।

जम्मू कश्मीर के कुलगाम में एक भाजपा सरपंच की गोली मार कर हत्या कर दी गई। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार आतंकियों ने गुरुवार सुबह भाजपा नेता को गोली मार दी। सजाद कुलगाम जिला भाजपा के उपाध्यक्ष थे। इस हत्याकांड को किस आतंकी संगठन ने अंजाम दिया इसकी जानकारी अभी नहीं मिल सकी है। बता दें कि जम्मू कश्मीर में भाजपा नेता पर हमले की यह चौथी वारदात है।  बताया जा रहा है कि भाजपा नेता एवं सरपंच सजाद अहमद, जब अपने घर के बाहर खड़े थे तभी आतकियों ने उन्हें निशाना बनाया व उन पर अंधाधुंद फायरिंग शुरू कर दी। खून से लथपथ सजाद अहमद नीचे गिर पड़े जिसके बाद उन्हें अस्पताल ले जाया गया जहां डॉक्टर ने उन्हें मृत घोषित कर दिया।  इस घटना के बाद पुरे गांव में दहशत का माहौल है। खुले आम इस तरह कि घटना ने लोगो के दिलो में खौफ पैदा कर दिया है। इससे पहले आठ जुलाई को उत्तर कश्मीर के बांदीपुरा में आतंकवादियों ने एक भाजपा नेता, उनके पिता और भाई की गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी थी, जिसके बाद जम्मू-कश्मीर प्राधिकारियों ने नेता की सुरक्षा में कथित लापरवाही के मामले में सात पुलिसकर्मियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया था। 

गुजरात के अहमदाबाद में गुरुवार सुबह कोरोना अस्पताल के आईसीयू वार्ड में भीषण आग लगने से 8 मरीजों की मौत हो गई। इनमें 5 पुरुष और 3 महिलाएं शामिल हैं। बताया जा रहा है कि 30 से ज्यादा मरीजों को दूसरी जगह शिफ्ट किया गया है। जानकारी के मुताबिक नवरंगपुरा के कोविड डेडिकेटेड शेरी अस्पताल में सुबह करीब साढ़े तीन बजे आग लगी। शुरुआती रिपोर्ट में आग की वजह शॉर्ट सर्किट बताई जा रही है। रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक आग ICU से शुरू हुई और फिर वह फैलती चली गई। आग लगने से अस्पताल में हड़कंप मच गया व मरीज इधर-उधर भागने लगे। फायर ब्रिगेड ने मौके पर पहुंचकर स्थिति को संभाला। इस अग्निकांड में आठ मरीजों की मौत हुई है। इसमें 5 पुरुष और 3 महिलाएं शामिल हैं। सभी मरीज कोरोना पॉजिटिव बताए जा रहे हैं। 50 से ज्यादा मरीजों को फायर ब्रिगेड की टीमों ने रेस्क्यू कर लिया है। बताया जा रहा है कि 35 मरीजों को अस्पताल के दूसरे वार्ड में शिफ्ट किया गया है।    PM मोदी ने जताया दुख प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने इस घटना पर दुख जताते हुए, मृतकों के परिजनों के प्रति संवेदना जताई। प्रधानमंत्री ने गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री विजय रूपाणी और अहमदाबाद की मेयर बिजल पटेल से इस बारे में बात की व हालत का जायजा लिया।  मोदी ने ट्वीट कर कहा, ‘‘अहमदाबाद के अस्पताल में हुई आग की दु:खद घटना से मन व्यथित हो गया। शोकसंतप्‍त परिजनों के प्रति मेरी संवेदनाएं हैं। घायलों के जल्द स्वस्थ होने की कामना करता हूं।’’ उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री रूपाणी और मेयर पटेल से बात कर उन्होंने वर्तमान स्थिति की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘प्रशासन की ओर से प्रभावित लोगों को हरसंभव सहायता पहुंचाई जा रही है।’’

अयोध्या में आज इतिहास रचा गया है। वर्षों तक अदालत में मामला चलने के बाद आज अयोध्या में राम मंदिर की नींव रखी गई है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने बुधवार को अयोध्या में राम मंदिर का भूमि पूजन किया है। पीएम मोदी ने यहां कहा कि राम मंदिर हमारी संस्कृति का आधुनिक प्रतीक बनेगा। पीएम मोदी ने अयोध्या पहुंच हनुमानगढ़ी में पूजा की, जिसके बाद उन्होंने राम लला के दर्शन किए। भूमि पूजन के दौरान मोहन भागवत, योगी आदित्यनाथ समेत अन्य कुछ मेहमान इस ऐतिहासिक समारोह में शामिल हुए।  5 अगस्त 2020 का ये दिन पूरे देश के लिए तो ऐतिहासिक है ही मगर कहीं न कहीं इस महत्वपूर्ण जीत के तार हिमाचल के पालमपुर से भी जुड़े हैं। जी हाँ ! यह दिन हिमाचल के कांगड़ा जिले के पालमपुर के लिए भी ऐतिहासिक है। बता दें की आज से 31 साल पहले राम मंदिर निर्माण का प्रस्ताव हिमाचल के पालमपुर में ही पारित हुआ था। पालमपुर में 11 जून, 1989 को अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी, लालकृष्ण आडवाणी और शांता कुमार ने राम मंदिर के निर्माण का प्रस्ताव तैयार किया। उस रोज़ राष्ट्रीय भाजपा कार्यसमिति की तीन दिन तक बैठक पालमपुर में हुई थी। इस बैठक में राम मंदिर निर्माण को लेकर पार्टी ने मंथन किया और तय हुआ कि अयोध्या में एक भव्य राम मंदिर का निर्माण किया जाएगा। बैठक के तीसरे दिन जब लालकृष्ण आडवाणी ने सबकी सहमति से राम मंदिर निर्माण का प्रस्ताव रखा था तो अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी ने अपने चिरपरिचित अंदाज में चुप होकर मुस्कराते हुए अपनी सहमति जताई थी। हिमाचल के पालमपुर में हुई इस बैठक के सूत्रधार रहे पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री शांता कुमार उस समय प्रदेश भाजपा के अध्यक्ष थे। यही कारण है की कुछ दिनों पहले इस बता का ज़िक्र उन्होंने अपनी एक प्रेस कांफ्रेंस में भी किया था। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री शांता कुमार का कहना है कि पालमपुर में जून 1989 में राम मंदिर बनाने का लिया गया संकल्प आज प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने पूरा किया है। इससे उन्हें गर्व महसूस हो रहा है, क्योंकि राम मंदिर निर्माण का प्रस्ताव पालमपुर में ही पारित हुआ था। उन्होंने कहा कि बैठक में अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी, लालकृष्ण आडवाणी, विजयाराजे सिंधिया, मुरली मनोहर जोशी समेत पार्टी का शीर्ष नेतृत्व पालमपुर में था। वाजपेयी, आडवाणी, सिंधिया को विशेष अनुमति से सेशन हाउस में ठहराया गया था। केंद्र ने गिरा दी थीं पांच राज्यों की भाजपा समर्थित सरकारें भाजपा को इस फैसले की एक भारी कीमत भी चुकानी पड़ी थी।  भाजपा कार्यसमिति में राम मंदिर निर्माण का प्रस्ताव पारित होने के बाद छह दिसंबर को अयोध्या में बाबरी मस्जिद को गिरा दिया था। इसके कारण हिमाचल में शांता कुमार, राजस्थान में भैरों सिंह शेखावत, गुजरात में केशू भाई पटेल, मध्य प्रदेश में सुंदरलाल पटवा और यूपी में कल्याण सिंह की सरकारों को केंद्र सरकार ने केवल ढाई वर्षों के कार्यकाल के बाद ही बर्खास्त कर दिया था। शांता कुमार का कहना है की इस राष्ट्रीय भाजपा कार्यसमिति की बैठक के बाद उन्होंने चौदह दिन शिमला तक पैदल यात्रा की और लोग उनसे जुड़ते रहे। कई लोग उनके साथ जुड़े उनका समर्थन किया और उनकी ये पद यात्रा एक जन आंदोलन बन गई। इस यात्रा के आयोजक उस समय प्रदेश मंत्री रहे महेंद्र नाथ सोफत थे। फिर शिमला में एक भव्य रैली हुई जिसमें अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी और सुषमा स्वराज जैसे बड़े नेता भी शामिल हुए। राम मंदिर के मुद्दे ने पूरे देश में भाजपा को एक अलग पहचान दिलाई और इसी के बाद पहली बार हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रचंड बहुमत के साथ भाजपा की सरकार बनी, पार्टी को प्रदेश में 46 सीटें मिली थीं। इतिहास गवाह है कि 6 दिसंबर 1991 को हुए बाबरी विध्वंस के बाद भाजपा ने कभी पीछे मुड़ कर नहीं देखा। 1996, 1998 और 1999 के आम चुनाव में भाजपा सबसे बड़ी पार्टी बनी। अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी तीन बार पीएम बने और देश में भाजपा की जड़े गहरी होती रही। हालांकि 2004 और 2009 के चुनाव में भाजपा की शिकस्त का सामना करना पड़ा पर वजूद पर सवाल कभी नहीं उठा। इस बीच भाजपा पर आरोप लगने लगा कि उसे चुनाव के वक्त ही राम याद आते है। 2014 में जब नरेन्द्र मोदी पीएम बने तो रामभक्तों को उम्मीद बंध गई। हालांकि मंदिर विवाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट में था पर राम भक्तों की सारी आस मानो पीएम मोदी पर टिकी थी। उम्मीद के मुताबिक फैसला राम मंदिर के पक्ष में आया और 492 साल के बाद श्री राम का वनवास समाप्त हुआ।  1991 में जब नरेन्द्र मोदी अयोध्या गए थे तो उन्होंने संकल्प लिया था कि मंदिर बनने के बाद ही दोबारा आएंगे और हुआ  भी ऐसा ही। बुधवार 5 अगस्त को इतिहास बना और उन्हीं नरेन्द्र मोदी ने राम मंदिर का भूमि पूजन किया।

Terming it as historic, he said that India is starting a glorious chapter today, when people all across the country are excited and emotional to have finally achieved what they had been waiting for centuries, several of whom are scarcely able to believe that they are witnessing this day in their lifetime. He highlighted that Ram Janmabhoomi has become liberated from the cycle of cycle of breaking down and building up again, and a grand temple for Ramlala will be constructed in place of tents now. Prime Minister said that just like 15th August is representative of sacrifices by people all across the country towards the freedom struggle, this day marks the immense dedication and continuous struggle across generations for the Ram Mandir. He recalled and paid obeisance to those whose struggles have resulted in the dream of Ram Mandir coming true. Shree Ram – the foundation of our culture Prime Minister observed that while several attempts were made to wipe out his existence, Shree Ram continues to be the foundation of our culture. He said that Ram Mandir will be a modern symbol of our culture, eternal faith, national spirit and collective will power which will inspire generations to come. The construction of the temple will also open up several opportunities across sectors and will change the economy of the region. Prime Minister noted that this day stands testimony to the truth of the faith and resolution of crores of Ram Bhakts. He praised the dignity and restraint with which fellow countrymen responded, keeping the feelings of everyone in mind, when the judgement was passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court last year, and similar dignity and restraint is visible today also. Prime Minister recalled how people from all walks of life including the poor, backwards, dalits, tribals had been instrumental in several feats such as victory of Shree Ram, Shree Krishna lifting Govardhan, Chatrapati Shivaji establishing Swaraj, Gandhiji leading independence movement etc. Similarly, the construction of Ram Mandir has started with the help and contribution of common citizens, he said. Recounting the character traits of Shree Ram, Prime Minister remarked that he always stuck to the truth, and established social harmony as the cornerstone of his rule. He loved his subjects equally, but had a special kindness for the poor and the needy. There is no aspect of life where Shree Ram doesn’t serve as an inspiration, and his impact is visible in several aspects of culture, philosophy, faith and tradition of the country. Shree Ram – the thread of unity in diversity Prime Minister said that Shree Ram has acted as a guiding light for people, through Valmiki Ramayan in ancient times, through Tulsidas, Kabir and Guru Nanak in medieval times and was also present in the bhajans of Mahatma Gandhi as the power source of ahimsa and satyagrah. Lord Buddha is also associated with Shree Ram, and the city of Ayodhya has been a center of faith of Jains since centuries, he said. Recounting the different Ramayans written in various languages, Prime Minister noted that Shree Ram is the common thread of unity in diversity in the country. Prime Minister noted that Shree Ram is revered in several countries. He listed out the Ramayans popular in countries such as Indonesia, the country with the maximum Muslim population, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and said that references to Shree Ram are also found in Iran and China and Ram Kathas are popular in several countries. He said that people in all these countries must be feeling glad today, with the start of construction of Ram Mandir. Inspiration for entire humanity Prime Minister expressed hope that the temple will serve as an inspiration for the entire humanity for eras to come. He noted that it is important that the message of Shree Ram, Ram Mandir and of our age old tradition reaches out to the entire world. Keeping this in mind, Ram Circuit is being made in the country. Ram Rajya Prime Minister recounted the contours of Ram Rajya dreamt by Mahatma Gandhi. He said that the teaching of Shree Ram, which have continued to guide the country, include: no one should be poor or unhappy; men and women should be equally happy; farmers and animal keepers should always be happy; the old, the kids and the doctors should always be protected; it is the duty of all to protect those seeking asylum; homeland is more than heaven; and, the more power a nation has, the greater its capacity to further peace. Prime Minister said that Shree Ram stands for modernity as well as change. The country is progressing, following these ideals of Shree Ram. Foundation of mutual love and brotherhood Prime Minister emphasized that the temple should be constructed on the foundation of mutual love and brotherhood. He said that through ‘sabka saath’ and with ‘sabka vishwas’, we need to achieve ‘sabka vikaas’ and make a self-confident and Aatmanirbhar Bharat. He underlined that the message of Shree Ram, that there should not be any delay and we should move forward, is the message which the country needs to follow. ‘Maryada’ during COVID Prime Minister ended by recalling the significance of the path of ‘maryada’ of Shree Ram in the backdrop of the COVID situation. He said that the current situation demands the maryada to be ‘do gaz ki doori – mask hai zaroori’ and exhorted everyone to follow the same.  

India’s total recovered cases are now double the active cases; Total recoveries cross 12.3 lakh; Recovery Rate jumps to 66.31%; Case Fatality Rate further reduces to 2.1% With 12,30,509 total recoveries, India’s recovered cases are twice the active cases, as of today. 44,306 patients discharged in the last 24 hours. This has taken the recovery rate among COVID-19 patients to 66.31%. The active cases (5,86,298) account for 31.59% of total positive cases and all are under medical supervision. India has registered the lowest CFR since the first lockdown at 2.10% as compared to the global average. The mortality analysis of the present data shows that 50% of deaths have happened in the age group of 60 years and above; 37% deaths belong to 45 to 60 years age group; while 11% deaths belong to 26-44 years age group. In the gender wise distribution, 68% of people who died were men and 32% were women.

Pharma major Lupin Ltd announced the launch of Favipiravir in India under the brand name Covihalt for treatment of mild to moderate COVID-19, on Wednesday.  Favipiravir has received authorisation from the Drug Controller General of India (DCGI) for emergency use. Favipiravir was originally developed by Japan's Fujifilm Holdings Corp under the brand name Avigan for treating influenza. Its Covihalt dosage strength has been developed keeping in the convenience of administration. It is available as 200 mg tablets in the form of a strip of 10 tablets and priced at Rs 49 per tablet. "COVID-19 is a global pandemic and in India we are seeing a surge in the number of cases on a daily basis." said Rajeev Sibal, President of India region formulations at Lupin Ltd. "In these tough times, it is our duty to support the nation in fighting this pandemic and ensuring affordable drugs are made available for impacted patients," he said adding that Covihalt is a vital step in this direction. "We believe that we can leverage our expertise in managing widespread community diseases like TB to proactively reach patients across India and ensure access to Covihalt through our strong distribution network and field force" he further added. A day earlier, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries launched Favipiravir (200 mg) at a price of Rs 35 per tablet. The stocks of FluGuard will be available in the market from this week, Sun Pharma said in a regulatory filing.

हिमाचल की बेटी मुस्कान जिंदल ने पूरे देश में प्रदेश का नाम ऊंचा किया है। वह मूल रूप से सोलन जिला के बद्दी से ताल्लुक रखती हैं। मुस्कान ने 22 वर्ष की छोटी सी उम्र में ही कुछ ऐसा कर दिखाया जो हिमाचल की बेटिओं के लिए एक मिसाल बन गया। उन्होंने संघ लोक सेवा आयोग की सिविल सेवा परीक्षा में पूरे देश मे 87वां रैंक हासिल किया है। उन्होंने पहले ही प्रयास में परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर ली है। अब वह देश के लिए प्रशासनिक सेवाएं देंगी। उनका फाइनल इंटरव्यू दिल्ली में 28 जुलाई को हो चुका है और अब मेडिकल का परिणाम आने के बाद आईएएस परीक्षा का अंतिम रिजल्ट जारी कर दिया गया है। मुस्कान जिंदल के आईएएस बनने से पूरे प्रदेश व क्षेत्र में खुशी का माहौल है।  बता दें मुस्कान के पिता पवन जिंदल बद्दी में ही हार्डवेयर की दुकान चलाते हैं व उनकी माता ज्योति जिंदल एक ग्रहणी है। मुस्कान जिंदल की दो बहनें और एक भाई है। मुस्कान की स्कूलिंग बद्दी के वी.आर पब्लिक स्कूल से हुई है। बचपन से ही मुस्कान पढ़ाई में बहुत तेज थी, उन्होंने 10वीं और 12वीं कक्षा में 96 फीसदी नंबर लेकर स्कूल में टॉप किया था। उसके बाद उन्होंने चंडीगढ़ के एसडी कॉलेज से बीकॉम किया। इस के साथ वह आईएएस परीक्षा के लिए भी तैयारियां कर रही थी। मुस्कान ने पहले ही प्रयास में आईएएस की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर एक मिसाल कायम की है। 

पश्चिम बंगाल से एक दुखद घटना सामने आई है। बताया जा रहा है पश्चिम बंगाल में नक्सलियों ने पीछे से हमला बोल दिया जिसमें जवान अनुज कुमार और उनके साथ एक अन्‍य अफसर भी वीरगति को प्राप्‍त हो गए। इस घटना से सहारनपुर में शोक कि लहर छा गई।   बताया जा रहा है कि सहारनपुर जिले के सरसावा में थाना क्षेत्र के ग्राम सैदपुरा निवासी अनुज कुमार पुत्र चंन्द्र किरण वर्ष 2011 में बीएसएफ मे भर्ती हुए थे, इनकी सबसे पहले पोस्टिंग जोधपुर मे हुई थी, उसके बाद उदयपुर छत्तीसगढ़ और फिलहाल वेस्‍ट बंगाल के किशन गंज मे तैनाती थी जहा पर यह घटना घटी है कहा जा रहा है कि जवान अनुज कुमार सोमवार की रात को ड्यूटी करने के बाद  अपने साथियों के साथ सोने के लिए जा रहे थे, तभी वहां पर पहले से घात लगाए बैठे नक्‍सलियों ने अचानक पीछे से कायराना हमला बोल दिया जिसमें जवान अनुज कुमार और उनके साथ एक अन्‍य अफसर भी वीरगति को प्राप्‍त हो गए। वहीं परिजनों ने बताया कि मंगलवार सुबह पांच बजे बीएसएफ यूनिट से उनके पास फोन आया कि सोमवार रात्रि नक्सलियों के साथ मुठभेड़ में अनुज सैनी और एक अफसर शहीद हो गए हैं। बेटे की शहादत की खबर सुनते ही परिजनों में चीख-पुकार मच गई।  पिता ने बताया कि अनुज की पत्नी और बच्चे सभी उनके पास सरसावा में रहते हैं। वहीं अनुज की पत्नी रेनू का रो रो-कर बुरा हाल है, जबकि उसकी दो पुत्रियां तीन वर्षीय ओमनी और मात्र 11 माह की कृति को मालूम भी नहीं कि उनके सिर से पिता का साया उठ चुका है।

5 अगस्त को होने वाले राम मंदिर भूमि पूजन से पहले अयोध्या को दुल्हन की तरह सजाया गया है। लोगों द्वारा जलाए दीप ऐसे लग रहे हैं मानो आसमान से टिमटिमाते तारे राम लला के स्वागत में धरती पर उतर आए हों। इस ऐतिहासिक दिन को भव्य रूप देने के लिए बस एक आखिरी दिन बचा है जिसके चलते तैयारियां भी ज़ोरों शोरों से शुरू हो गई हैं। भूमि पूजन से पहले आज आयोध्या में विशेष पूजा अर्चना की जा रही है। तो वहीँ बड़ी मात्रा में प्रसाद भी तैयार किया जा रहा है। पूजा के बाद यहाँ भव्य रूप से प्रसाद वितरण होगा, इसके लिए पटना का महावीर मंदिर ट्रस्ट 1.25 रघुपति लड्डुओं की खेप तैयार कर रहा है।   राम मंदिर आधारशिला रखने में कुछ ही घंटे शेष है ऐसे में पूजन में शामिल होने वाले विशेष मेहमानों के आने का सिलसिला भी शुरू हो गया है। बता दें की भूमि पूजन के लिए 175 मेहमानों को न्योता भेजा गया है जिन में से 135 पंडित व धर्मगुरु है। इसके साथ ही पुलिस ने चौकसी भी बढ़ा दी है। जगह जगह पर अवरोधक लगा दिए गए हैं व केवल उन्हीं लोगों को प्रवेश मिल रहा है जिन्हें "सुरक्षा कोडित आमंत्रण" दिए गए हैं।  दशकों पुराने मंदिर-मस्जिद विवाद में मुकदमेबाज़ इकबाल अंसारी पहले व्यक्ति थे जिन्हें आमंत्रित किया गया था। उनके पिता हाशिम अंसारी, इस मामले में सबसे पुराने मुकदमेबाज थे, 2016 में उनकी मृत्यु हो गई। वर्षों के भूमि विवाद के बाद अब राम मंदिर का निर्माण होने जा रहा है। नवंबर में, सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा मंदिर के निर्माण के लिए साइट को सौंपा गया था। 

अयोध्या भूमि विवाद में मुस्लिम पक्षकार रहे इक़बाल अंसारी को भी राम मंदिर भूमि पूजन के लिए न्योता मिला है। अब वह भी राम मंदिर की नींव रखने की रसम में शामिल होंगे। उन्होंने न्योता स्वीकार करते हुए कहा "भगवान राम की मर्ज़ी से हमे यह न्योता मिला है। अयोध्या में गंगा-जमुनी तहजीब बरकरार है। मैं हमेशा मठ-मंदिरों में जाता रहा हूँ। कार्ड मिला है तो जरूर जाऊंगा।" बात दे कि अयोध्या में 5 अगस्त को प्रधानमंत्री मोदी द्वारा राम मंदिर का भूमि पूजन किया जाएगा। इस से पहले मोदी हनुमानगढ़ी जाएंगे व वहां पूजा करेंगे।

बकरीद के त्यौहार पर एक चिंताजनक घटना सामने आई है। बताया जा रहा है कि बकरीद पर एक सैनिक अपने घर आया था तभी आतंकवादियों ने उसके घर में घुसकर उसका अपहरण कर लिया तथा उसे ले जाते समय घर के बाहर खड़ी उसकी कार को भी जला दिया। इस घटना के बाद से पूरे इलाके में सर्च ऑपरेशन चलाया जा रहा है।  जवान का नाम शाकिर मंजूर जोकि 162 टीए में दक्षिणी कश्मीर के बालापुर में 12 सेक्टर हेडक्वार्टर में तैनात था बताया जा रहा है कि जम्मू-कश्मीर लाइट इंफेंट्री में तैनात जवान बकरीद की छुट्टियों में घर आया था। रविवार देर शाम आतंकी जिले के रामभामा इलाके में उसके घर पहुंच गए तथा जबरन घर में घुसकर उन्होंने उसका अपहरण कर लिया। जवान को अपने साथ ले जाते समय आतंकियों ने बाहर खड़ी उसकी कार को आग के हवाले कर दिया। घटना के बाद परिवार वालों ने इसकी सूचना पुलिस को दी। इसके बाद सुरक्षाबलों ने पूरे इलाके को घेरकर तलाशी अभियान शुरू किया। वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों ने भी परिवार वालों से घटना की जानकारी हासिल की है।

बुलंदशहर में एक संगीन मामला सामने आया है जिससे पुलिस प्रशासन पर बहुत से सवाल उठे हैं बुलंदशहर के एक निवासी अधिवक्ता धर्मेंदर चौधरी जिनका अपहरण 8 दिन पहले हुआ था कल उनकी लाश मिली। किसी ने बड़ी निर्ममता से उन्हें मार दिया जिससे उनके परिवार पर दुःख की लहर हैं। जिसके पश्चात प्रियंका गांधी ने ट्वीट कर प्रशासन की घोर निंदा की हैं। आठ दिन से लापता वकील का शव बुलंदशहर में मिला, प्रियंका गांधी बोलीं- पता नहीं सरकार कब तक सोएगी बीते आठ दिन से लापता, अधिवक्ता धर्मेंद्र चौधरी का शव मिला बुलंदशहर में मिला है। अधिवक्ता का शव मार्बल गोदाम में मिला है। पुलिस ने शव कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया है। वहीं इस घटना के बाद कांग्रेस की महासचिव प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा ने योगी सरकार पर हमला बोला है। पुलिस से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार अधिवक्ता का शव जलाकर मार्बल गोदाम में दबाया गया था। बीते आठ दिनों से वकील के घर आने का इंतजार कर रहे परिजनों ने अपहरण के बाद हत्या का आरोप लगाया। पुलिस ने बताया है कि अधिवक्ता के शरीर पर धारदार हथियार के निशान मिले हैं। बुलंदशहर के खुर्जा कोतवाली नगर में तनाव को देखते हुए पीएसी के साथ जिले में भारी सुरक्षा बल तैनात कर दिया गया है।

बिहार के पूर्व सीएम लालू प्रसाद यादव से जुड़ी एक बड़ी खबर आ रही है। बताया जा रहा है की उनकी सुरक्षा में तैनात एएसआई कामेश्वर रविदास की हत्या कर दी गई है। मृतक के शव को एक तालाब से बरामद किया गया है। मूलरूप से बिहार के रहने वाले कामेश्वर रांची के रिम्स अस्पताल में इलाज करवा रहे लालू की सुरक्षा में तैनात थे। घटना के सामने आने के बाद लोगों में सनसनी फ़ैल गई है व कई तरह की बातें बननी शुरू हो गई है।  मृतक एएसआई रांची के तुपुदाना पुलिस स्टेशन में कार्यरत थे व हल ही में लालू प्रसाद यादव की सुरक्षा में लगे थे। फ़िलहाल पुलिस ने मृतक का शव कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमॉर्टेम के लिए भेज दिया है। इसके साथ ही पुलिस हत्या के कारन खोजने में जुट गई है। पुलिस का कहना है की पोस्टमॉर्टेम के रिपोर्ट्स मिलने के बाद ही स्तिथि स्पष्ट होगी। 

बुधवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों की विवाहित बेटियों व भूतपूर्व सैनिकों की विवाहित बेटियों के पक्ष में एक ऐतिहासिक फैसला सुनाते हुए इस कैटेगरी की विवाहित बेटियों को भी सरकारी नौकरियों में आरक्षण का प्रावधान करने के हक में फैसला सुनाया। फैसले के मुताबिक अब विवाहित बेटियां भी सरकारी नौकरियों में स्थाई आरक्षण की हकदार होंगी। कोर्ट ने लिंग के आधार पर आरक्षण में भेदभाव को गलत ठहराया और मौलिक अधिकारों का हनन बताया। पिछले 3 वर्षों से सरकार ने विभिन्न विभागों में भर्तियां की और उसमें विवाहित बेटियों को भी नौकरियां दी लेकिन इन सब की नौकरियां इस केस के नतीजे पर निर्भर थी और इनके नियमित होने को लेकर हर वक्त तलवार लटकी हुई थी लेकिन इस केस में इन बेटियों के हक में फैसला आने से सभी को बड़ी राहत मिली।  सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने हिमाचल सरकार बनाम नीलम कुमारी केस पर मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए सरकार की एसएलपी को खारिज कर दिया और उच्च न्यायालय हिमाचल प्रदेश के फैसले को बरकरार रखा जिसमें उन्होंने विवाहित बेटियों को भी विवाहित बेटों के समान नौकरियों में आरक्षण का फैसला सुनाया था। 29 जुलाई को सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जस्टिस अशोक भूषण जस्टिस आश्वास रेडी व जस्टिस आरएस की खंडपीठ में यह ऐतिहासिक फैसला सुनाया। सभी स्वतंत्रता सेनानी और भूतपूर्व सैनिकों की विवाहित बेटियां सरकार से गुजारिश की कि इस ऐतिहासिक फैसले को ध्यान में रखते हुए शीघ्र अति शीघ्र उनके हक में निर्णय ले ताकि वह जल्द से जल्द नियमित हो सके |

Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) issued new guidelines today, for opening up of more activities in areas outside the Containment Zones. In Unlock 3, which will come into effect from August 1, 2020, the process of phased re-opening of activities has been extended further. The new guidelines, issued today, are based on feedback received from States and UTs, and extensive consultations held with related Central Ministries and Departments.  Salient features of the new guidelines Restrictions on movement of individuals during night (Night curfew) have been removed. Yoga institutes and gymnasiums will be allowed to open from August 5, 2020. In this regard, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) will be issued by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW) for ensuring social distancing and to contain the spread of COVID-19. Independence Day functions will be allowed with social distancing and by following other health protocols, e.g., wearing of masks etc. In this regard instructions issued by MHA on 21.07.2020 shall be followed. After extensive consultation with States and UTs, it has been decided that schools, colleges and coaching institutions will remain closed till August 31, 2020. International air travel of passengers has been permitted in a limited manner under the Vande Bharat mission.  Further opening up will take place in a calibrated manner. All activities, except the following, shall be permitted outside containment zones:  Metro Rail. Cinema halls, swimming pools, entertainment parks, theatres, bars, auditoriums, assembly halls and similar places. Social/ political/ sports/ entertainment/ academic/ cultural/ religious functions and other large congregations. Dates for opening of these will be decided separately, based on the assessment of the situation. Lockdown shall continue to be implemented strictly in the Containment Zones till 31 August, 2020. Containment Zones are required to be carefully demarcated by the State/ UT Governments with a view to contain the spread of COVID-19, after taking into consideration the guidelines issued by MOHFW.  Within the containment zones, strict perimeter control shall be maintained and only essential activities allowed.  These Containment Zones will be notified on the websites of the respective District Collectors and by the States/ UTs and information will also be shared with MOHFW. Activities in the Containment Zones shall be monitored strictly by State and UT authorities, and the guidelines relating to containment measure in these zones shall be strictly implemented. MOHFW will monitor the proper delineation of Containment Zones and implementation of the containment measures. States to decide on activities outside Containment Zones States and UTs, based on their assessment of the situation, may prohibit certain activities outside the Containment zones, or impose such restrictions as deemed necessary. However, there shall be no restriction on inter-State and intra-State movement of persons and goods. No separate permission/ approval/ e-permit will be required for such movements. National Directives for COVID-19 management National Directives for COVID-19 management shall continue to be followed throughout the country, with a view to ensure social distancing.  Shops will need to maintain adequate physical distancing among customers. MHA will monitor the effective implementation of National Directives. Protection for vulnerable persons Vulnerable persons, i.e., persons above 65 years of age, persons with co-morbidities, pregnant women, and children below the age of 10 years, are advised to stay at home, except for meeting essential requirements and for health purposes. Use of Aarogya Setu The use of Aarogya Setu mobile application will continue to be encouraged.

India will receive the first batch five Rafale fighters on Wednesday afternoon at the IAF Air Force Station in Ambala. They are expected to take off from Al Dhafra airbase in UAE and are expected to reach Ambala, their home base at about 2 pm. The aircraft will be officially inducted into the IAF in the second half of August. It will be inducted as a part IAF's No. 17 squadron, also known as the "Golden Arrows", and will be stationed at the Ambala air base, which has been upgraded for the purpose. Section 144 has been imposed in four villages close to the Ambala airbase, ahead of the much awaited arrival of the jets, even Jodhpur has been kept on standby in case weather conditions in Ambala worsens. Shooting of videos and photography has been banned. The Ambala district administration has also prohibited people from fying private drones within the three-km radius of the air base.  Known as the 4.5 generation aircraft, the Rafale is considered to be one of the finest fighters in the world and is described as an ‘omnirole’ aircraft that can take up several missions on a single flight.The aircraft is capable of carrying a range of potent weapons.  India had bought 36 twin-engine fighter planes from Dassault Rafale, through an inter-governmental agreement signed in 2016. out of the 36 jets 30 will fighter jets and six will be trainers. The trainer jets will be twin-seater and will have almost all the features of fighter jets. 

विश्व हिन्दू परिषद के प्रदेश कार्यकारिणी सदस्य अतुल शाह व विभाग अध्यक्ष देवी प्रसाद देवली के नेतृत्व में मंगलवार को चमोली के कार्यकर्ताओं व रामभक्तों द्वारा विकट परिस्थितियों में भी अयोध्या धाम में 5 अगस्त से ऐतिहासिक राम मंदिर निर्माण में बद्रीविशाल धाम से अलकनंदा का जल व नारायण धाम की मिट्टी ( मृदा) कलश में लेकर मिलों पैदल चलकर व भू स्खलन क्षेत्र से गुजरते हुए पहुंचाया जा रहा है। गौरतलब है कि 5 अगस्त से अयोध्या में राम मंदिर बनवाए जाने की नींव रखी जा रही है जिसमें पुरे भारतवर्ष के कोने-कोने के धामों से रामभक्त व विश्व हिन्दू परिषद के कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा जल व मृदा क्लस के साथ साथ प्रत्येक प्रयागों का जल पहुंचाया जा रहा है। उसी के चलते मंगलवार को उत्तराखंड विहिप के प्रांतीय सदस्य अतुल साह व विभाग अध्यक्ष देवी प्रसाद देवली, जिलाध्यक्ष राकेश मैठाणी, बजरंगदल के पावन राठौर, हरि प्रसाद ममगाईं, हरीश पुरोहित आदित्य शाह, कुलबीर बिष्ट व अन्य कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा पागलनाला से बिरही तक सड़क मार्ग बंद होने के बावजूद पैदल भू-स्खलन छेत्र व पहाड़ियों में पैदल चढ़कर मृदा कलस व जल हरिद्वार तक पहुंचाया गया साथ ही जगह जगह रामभक्तों द्वारा इनका भब्य स्वागत किया गया।

After banning 59 Chinese apps the government is scrutinizing over 200 other apps in the country for possible national security violations and users privacy. On Monday the Ministry of Telecom banned 47 other Chinese apps in the country. These apps were operating as clones of earlier banned apps. A conformation on the list of banned Chinese apps is still awaited. A total of 275 apps are under governments radar that can face its wrath. The list includes popular apps like PUBG, Ali Express. Some top chinese gaming apps are also expected to be banned in the new list that is being drawn up. The Chinese applications, that are being reviewed, have allegedly been sharing data with the Chinese agencies. Reports also said the government is closely scrutinising some non Chinese apps having investments from China.  The decision comes as the tensions between the bothe countries continue after a violent face-off on the Ladakh border. The apps were engaged in activities that were prejudicial to the sovereignty, integrity and defence of India, the government said.  "The Ministry of Information Technology, invoking it's power under section 69A of the Information Technology Act read with the relevant provisions of the Information Technology (Procedure and Safeguards for Blocking of Access of Information by Public) Rules 2009 and in view of the emergent nature of threats has decided to block 59 apps since in view of the information available they are engaged in activities which is prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity of India, defence of India, the security of the state and public order", a government press release announcing the ban stated.

With a record spike of over 50,000 fresh infecions, the coronavirus cases in India passed the 14 Lakh mark.  India set yet another single-day spike record with 49,931 fresh cases and 708 deaths in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of COVID-linked deaths to 32,771.    On the other hand, the recovery rate climbed to  63.92% with the record number of over 36,000 recovered patients, taking the total number of recovries to 8,85,576.  The positivity rate - percentage of patients who have tested positive for coronavirus - stood at 9.68 per cent.   The cases in India has crossed the 14 Lakh mark only two weeks after the country reported 1 lakh cases.  The country had crossed the one-lakh mark on May 19.  It took only two weeks for the cases to double. 

मध्य प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान कोरोना पॉजिटिव पाए गए हैं। यह जानकारी उन्होंने खुद ट्वीट करके दी है। अपने ट्वीट में उन्होंने कहा कि उन्हें कोविड-19 के लक्षण आ रहे थे और उनका कोरोना टेस्ट पॉजिटिव आया है। उन्होंने अपील की कि उनके सम्पर्क में आए सभी लोग कोरोना का टेस्ट करवा लें और साथ ही उनके निकट सम्पर्क वाले क्वारंटाइन में चले जाएं। हिमाचल प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री जय राम ठाकुर ने शिवराज सिंह चौहान के ट्वीट पर ट्वीट करते हुए कहा कि हमारे साथी और मध्य प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान के कोरोना पॉजिटिव होने की खबर चिंताजनक है। उन्होंने ईश्वर से शिवराज सिंह चौहान के जल्द स्वस्थ होने के कामना की है।

कारगिल युद्ध में चार परमवीर चक्र हमारे जवानों को दिए गए थे जिनमें से दो को मरणोपरांत यह सम्मान मिला था लेकिन बिलासपुर हिमाचल के संजय कुमार और उत्तर प्रदेश के बुलंदशहर के योगेंद्र सिंह यादव को जीवित यह सम्मान मिला था। संजय कुमार को बिलासपुर की आन बान और शान कहा जा सकता है। इसके अलावा कारगिल युद्ध के जिन अन्य दो जांबाजों को मरणोपरांत परमवीर चक्र से सम्मानित किया गया उनमें कैप्टन मनोज कुमार पांडे व कैप्टन विक्रम बत्रा शामिल हैं। सबसे पहले हम चर्चा करेंगे परमवीर चक्र विजेता सूबेदार संजय कुमार की।   संजय कुमार कारगिल युद्ध में सर्वोच्च वीरता पुरस्कार परमवीर चक्र से सम्मानित सूबेदार संजय कुमार आज भी वह मंजर याद करते हैं तो उनका खून खौल जाता है। वर्तमान में देहरादून अकादमी में तैनात सूबेदार संजय कुमार कारगिल युद्ध के समय राइफलमैन थे। 4 और 5 जुलाई 1999 के दौरान उन्होंने अपने अदम्य साहस का परिचय दिया। कारगिल युद्ध के दौरान एरिया फ्लैट टॉप पर कब्जा करने में संजय कुमार ने महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई। संजय कुमार का जन्म 3 मार्च 1976 को हिमाचल प्रदेश के बिलासपुर जिले में हुआ था। संजय कुमार की तैनाती कारगिल में मास्को वैल्यूप्वाइंट पर थी। यहां दुश्मन ऊपर से लगातार हमले कर रहा था। संजय ने अपने 11 साथियों में से दो को गंवा दिया था जबकि आठ गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए थे। इस परिस्थिति में भी संजय ने दुश्मनों का कड़ा मुकाबला किया और एक समय ऐसा भी आया जब उनके राइफल की गोलियां खत्म हो गई। तीन गोली लगने के बावजूद संजय कुमार ने अपने मिशन में कामयाबी हासिल की। उन्होंने आमने-सामने की मुठभेड़ में तीन दुश्मन सैनिकों को भी मार गिराया। उनके बहादुरी को सलाम करते हुए उन्हें भारत के सर्वोच्च वीरता पदक परमवीर चक्र से सम्मानित किया गया।   योगेन्द्र सिंह यादव ग्रेनेडियर योगेन्द्र सिंह यादव को कारगिल युद्ध के दौरान दिखाए गए अदम्य साहस के लिए उच्चतम भारतीय सैन्य सम्मान परम वीर चक्र से सम्मानित किया गया। ग्रेनेडियर योगेन्द्र सिंह यादव कारगिल युद्ध के दौरान जूनियर कमीशनन्ड ऑफिसर (JCO) थे। वर्तमान में वह सूबेदार मेजर हैं। ग्रेनेडियर योगेन्द्र सिंह यादव को 19 साल की उम्र में परमवीर चक्र प्राप्त हुआ। योगेन्द्र सिंह यादव सबसे कम उम्र के सैनिक हैं जिन्हें यह सम्मान प्राप्त हुआ। योगेंद्र सिंह यादव का जन्म 10 मई 1980 को उत्तर प्रदेश के बुलंदशहर के सिकंद्राबाद के औरंगाबाद अहीर गाँव में हुआ था। उनके पिता करण सिंह यादव ने 1965 और 1971 के भारत-पाकिस्तान युद्धों में भाग लेते हुए कुमाऊं रेजीमेंट में सेवा की थी। यादव 16 की आयु में भारतीय सेना में शामिल हुए।   कैप्टन मनोज कुमार पांडे कैप्टन मनोज कुमार पांडे का जन्म उत्तर प्रदेश के सीतापुर के रुधा गांव में 25 जून 1975 को हुआ था। बचपन से ही पांडे में देश सेवा का जुनून सवार था। यही कारण था कि उन्होंने भारतीय सेना को चुना। 1997 में मनोज कुमार पांडे गोरखा राइफल्स का हिस्सा बने। उन्हें पहाड़ों पर चढ़ने और घात लगाकर दुश्मनों पर हमला करने में महारत हासिल थी। यही कारण था कि सियाचिन में तैनाती होने के बावजूद भी उन्हें कारगिल युद्ध के समय बुला लिया गया। मनोज कुमार ने अपनी बटालियन का नेतृत्व करते हुए 2 महीने में ही कुकरथांग और जबूरटॉप जैसी चोटियों को पाकिस्तान के कब्जे से मुक्त करा लिया। इसके बाद उन्हें खोलाबार पर कब्जा करने की जिम्मेदारी दी गई। यह काम सबसे मुश्किल माना जा रहा था। खोलाबार की ओर बढ़ते हुए उन्हें पाकिस्तानी सेना के गोलियों का सामना करना पड़ा। घायल होने के बावजूद भी उन्होंने पाक सेना का 4 बंकर खत्म कर दिया। इतना ही नहीं उन्होंने दुश्मन सेना के कई जवानों को मौत के घाट भी उतार दिया। इस परिस्थिति में भी उन्होंने अपने साथियों को कवर दी। वह 3 जुलाई 1999 को शहीद हो गए। उनके बहादुरी को सलाम करते हुए मरणोपरांत उन्हें भारत के सर्वोच्च वीरता पदक परमवीर चक्र से सम्मानित किया गया।   कैप्टन विक्रम बत्रा हिमाचल प्रदेश के पालमपुर जिले के घुग्‍गर में 9 सितंबर 1974 को कैप्टन विक्रम बत्रा का जन्म हुआ था। 6 दिसंबर 1997 को कैप्टन बत्रा जम्मू और कश्मीर राइफल्स की 13वीं बटालियन में बतौर लेफ्टिनेंट शामिल हुए। दो साल बाद ही उन्हें प्रमोट कर कैप्टन रैंक दी गई। कैप्टन विक्रम बत्रा कारिगल के हीरो माने जाते हैं। कैप्टन विक्रम बत्रा ने कारगिल युद्ध में पांच सबसे इंपॉर्टेंट पॉइंट जीतने में अहम रोल निभाया था। पाकिस्तानी घुसपैठिये टाइगर हिल पर कब्जा करके बैठे थे और नीचे भारतीय सेना पर लगातार फायरिंग कर रहे थे ऐसे में योजना बनाई गई टाइगर हिल पर चढ़ने की। पाकिस्तानी घुसपैठियों को खदेड़ने के लिए पांच इंपॉर्टेंट पॉइंट को जीतना बेहत जरूरी था। कैप्टन विक्रम बत्रा ने हर पॉइंट जीतने में मदद दी। कारगिल युद्ध में कैप्टन विक्रम बत्रा अपने एक साथी को बचाते-बचाते शहीद हो गये। कहते है कि दुश्मनों की गोलीबारी के दौरान उन्होंने अपने साथी से अंतिम शब्दों में यह कहा था कि 'तुम हट जाओ। तुम्हारे बीवी-बच्चे हैं।’ कारगिल युद्ध में कैप्टन विक्रम बत्रा से जुड़े एक वाकये को उनके साथी ने शेयर करते हुए कहा कि जब भी बत्रा गोलियों से दुश्मनों को भून देते थे तो वह कहते 'ये दिल मांगे मोर'। 1999 के कारगिल युद्ध के दौरान वीरता के लिए भारत का सर्वोच्च और सबसे प्रतिष्ठित पुरस्कार मरणोपरांत परमवीर चक्र से उन्हें सम्मानित किया गया था।

At least 2 militants were killed in a fierce gunfight between the militants and security forces on the outskirts of Srinagar, on Saturday. The security forces launched a search operation in the Ranbirgarh area after they got information about the presence of militants there. The search operation was still underway when the militants opened fire on them, a police official said. The forces retaliated and took down two militants whereas one soldier has been injured during the whole process.  Further search operations are currently underway to determine whether more militants are hiding in the area.  

शुक्रवार शाम, लखनऊ लोकभवन के सामने तेल उढेल कर आत्मा हत्या की कोशिश करने वाली माँ बेटी से जुड़ी एक बड़ी खबर सामने आई है। बता दें दबंगो के दबाव के चलते माँ बेटी ने आत्महत्या करने की कोशिश की थी, जिसमें महिला 80 और बेटी 40 फीसदी झुलस गई थी। उन दोनों का इलाज सिविल अस्पताल में चल रहा था। अब खबर आ रही है की माँ के ज़ख्म गंभीर होने के कारण उसकी मौत हो गई, वहीं बेटी का इलाज अभी भी जारी है।  आपको बता दें कि अमेठी जिला प्रशासन पर अनदेखी का गंभीर आरोप लगाते हुए जामो थाना क्षेत्र की रहने वाली महिला व उसकी बेटी ने शुक्रवार शाम को लखनऊ में लोकभवन के सामने मिट्टी का तेल उड़ेलकर खुद को आग लगा ली थी। मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने दोनों के शरीर पर कंबल डालकर आग बुझाई और सिविल अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया था। इसमें दोनों बुरी तरह से झुलस गईं थी जिसमे महिला ने इलाज के दौरान बुधवार को दम तोड़ दिया।  वहीं, इस पूरी घटना के पीछे बड़ी साजिश का खुलासा हुआ था। पुलिस आयुक्त ने बताया कि उन्हें किसी बड़े अधिकारी व नेता ने उसे आत्मदाह के लिए उकसाया था। इस काम में महिला के रिश्तेदार भी शामिल थे जिन्हे पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। लखनऊ व अमेठी में कोतवाल समेत सात पुलिसवालों को भी निलंबित किया गया है।   

गाजियाबाद में एक बहुत ही संगीन मामला सामने आया है। वहाँ के प्रताप विहार इलाके में घर जा रहे पत्रकार पर बदमाशों ने गोलियाँ दाग दी। पत्रकार अपनी दो छोटी बच्चियों के साथ घर जा रहा था, तभी कुछ बदमाशों ने उन्हें घेर लिया और उस पर टूट पड़े। घटना से डरी-सहमी बेटियों ने किसी तरह वहां से भाग कर अपनी जान बचाई। ये पूरी वारदात CCTV कमरे में कैद हो गई।    हुआ यूं की गाजियाबाद के विजयनगर थाना क्षेत्र के प्रताप विहार इलाके में सोमवार रात को एक पत्रकार अपनी दो छोटी बच्चियों के साथ घर जा रहा था, तभी 5-6 बदमाशो ने उसे घेर लिया व बाइक से उतारकर उसे एक कार के सहारे टिकाकर पीटने लगे। बुरी तरह पिटाई के साथ एक हमलावर ने उसके सिर में गोली मार दी। घायल पत्रकार गोली लगने के बाद नीचे जमीन पर गिर गया और बदमाश वहां से भाग गए। बदमाशों के भागने के बाद बेटियां, पिता के पास पहुंचकर लोगों से मदद की गुहार लगाती रही।  पुलिस के अनुसार, इस मामले में तीन लोगों के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई गई है  जिसमें से एक बदमाश को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है। पुलिस उससे पूछताछ कर रही है अन्य बदमाशों की तलाश में पुलिस जुटी हुई है। 

पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री राजीव गाँधी की हत्या की मुजरिम नलिनी से जुडी एक बड़ी खबर सामने आई है। सोमवार शाम नलिनी ने जेल में खुदकुशी करने की कोशिश की है। उसने साड़ी से फंदा लगाकर खुदकुशी करने की कोशिश की है। जानकारी के मुताबिक जेल में झगड़े के बाद उसने यह कदम उठाया। इसके बाद से ही जेल में हड़कम्प मच गया। बता दें की नलिनी चेन्नई की वेल्लोर जेल में सजा काट रही है। नलिनी द्वारा इस कदम को उठाए जाने की जानकारी उसके वकील ने दी। उन्होंने बताया की नलिनी और दूसरे कैदी के बिच झगड़ा हो गया जिसकी बात जेलर तक पहुँच गई, जिसके बाद ही नलिनी ने जान देने की कोशिश की। वकील का कहना है की नलिनी द्वारा इतने सालों में पहली बार ऐसा कदम उठाया गया है, जिसकी वजह वह जानना चाहती हैं। वकील ने आगे कहा की नलिनी के पति ने अपनी पत्नी को दूसरे जेल में शिफ्ट करने की मांग उठाई है।  नलिनी चेन्नई की वेल्लोर जेल में पिछले 29 सालों से सजा काट रही है। उसने जेल में ही बेटी को जन्म दिया था। जेल में उसके साथ राजीव हत्याकांड के छह दोषी भी हैं। इसमें उसका पति मुरुगन भी शामिल है। 

मध्य प्रदेश के राज्यपाल और लखनऊ से पूर्व सांसद लालजी टंडन का मंगलवार सुबह निधन हो गया। उनकी आयु 85 वर्ष थी।   वह लिवर, फेफड़े और गुर्दे की बीमारी से ग्रसित थे। लखनऊ के मेदांता में उनका इलाज चल रहा था। पिछले कई दिनों से टंडन वेंटिलेटर पर थे। इससे पहले तक उन्हें आईसीयू में रखा गया था। मेदांता में विशेषज्ञों की टीम उनकी पल-पल की निगरानी कर रही थी, इसके बावजूद भी  टंडन को नहीं बचाया जा सका। उनके बेटे और कैबिनेट मंत्री आशुतोष टण्डन ने लालजी टंडन के निधन की जानकारी ट्वीटर के माध्यम से दी। आशुतोष टंडन ने ट्वीटर पर लिखा बाबू जी नहीं रहे। बता दें कि लालजी टण्डन पिछले काफी वक्त से गंभीर रूप से बीमार चल रहे थे. लखनऊ के मेदांता में वह 14 जून से भर्ती थे. ज्यादातर समय वह वेंटिलेटर पर ही रहते थे.   मेदांता अस्पताल के निदेशक डॉ. राकेश कपूर ने मंगलवार सुबह टंडन के निधन की जानकारी दी। इसके बाद मुख्यमंत्री योगी ने ट्वीट कर दुख जताया। उन्होंने लिखा कि, "मध्यप्रदेश के राज्यपाल लालजी टंडन के निधन की खबर सुनकर शोक हुआ। उनके निधन से देश ने एक लोकप्रिय जननेता, योग्य प्रशासक और प्रखर समाज सेवी को खोया है। वे लखनऊ के प्राण थे। ईश्वर से दिवंगत आत्मा की शांति हेतु प्रार्थना करता हूं। मेरी संवेदनाएं शोक संतप्त परिजनों के साथ हैं।" इसी के साथ उन्होंने तीन दिन के राजकीय शोक की घोषणा की है।   टंडन के बेटे और उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार में कैबिनेट मंत्री आशुतोष टंडन 'गोपाल जी' ने जानकारी दी कि उनका अंतिम संस्कार शाम 4:30 बजे गुलाला घाट चौक में किया जाएगा।   उनकी तबीयत खराब होने के कारण उत्तर प्रदेश की राज्यपाल आनंदीबेन पटेल को मध्य प्रदेश का अतिरिक्त कार्यभार सौंपा गया था।

पटना के तेलीबाग क्षेत्र में पिछले काफी समय से एक गैंग तैयार हो रहा है, जो  25 से 40 गाड़ियां लेकर निकलता है। बुधवार को राजधानी पटना में जो तस्वीर सामने आई वह कई सवाल खड़े कर रही थी। इन तस्वीरों से साफ जाहिर है कि किस तरह पटना में कानून की धजिया उड़ाई जा रही है।  पटना के कदम कुआं थाना क्षेत्र के नयाटोला इलाके में बाइकर्स गैंग ने बिना कानून के खौफ के सड़क में कुछ लोगो की जम कर पिटाई की। यह तब है जबकि राजाधानी में लॉकडाउन लागू है। न तो मास्क लगाए थे, न सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन कर रहे हैं। इस बीच पुलिस नदारद रही। आसपास के इलाके में भगदड़ मच गई, लोग अपने घरों में दुबक गए। स्थानीय लोगों का आरोप है कि पुलिस को सूचना देने के बाद भी वह समय से नहीं पहुंची। बाइकर्स हाथो में लाठी- डंड, रोड जैसे हथियार लेकर सभी पर प्रहार कर रहे थे, इसी बीच जन्मदिन से लौट रहे कुछ युवको से मारपीट करने लगे जिसमे बलदेव बिहार का रहने वाला रितिक गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया। खून से लथपथ वह तड़पने लगा, व अन्य घायल हुए। करीब 45 मिनट बाद पहुंची पुलिस ने  घायलों को एंबुलेंस से अस्पताल भेजा। इस मारपीट में एक स्कूटी व दो मोटरसाइकिल वहीं गिरी पड़ी रही। एक चार पहिया वाहन में तोड़फोड़ की गई थी।  इंस्पेक्टर पीजीआई का कहना है कि हमलावरों की शिनाख्त की जा रही है।

दुबई में रहनी वाली भारतीय मूल  की 11वर्षीय समृद्धि कालिया ने योगासन के साथ विश्व रिकॉर्ड अपने नाम कर लिया है। उन्होंने मात्र तीन मिनट और 18 सेकंड में 100 अलग-अलग आसान कर यह कीर्तिमान अपने नाम किया। समृद्धि ने बृहस्पतिवार को दुबई के विश्व प्रसिद्ध बुर्ज खलीफा में एक छोटी सी जगह पर सबसे तेज योग के 100 आसन कर विश्व रिकॉर्ड बुक में अपना नाम दर्ज करवा लिया है। यह समृद्धि का कुल तीसरा और पिछले महीने में दूसरा विश्व रिकॉर्ड है। समृद्धि ने एक छोटी जगह पर कुछ ही मिनट के भीतर योग के 100 अलग-अलग आसान किए।   समृद्धि ने कुछ हफ्तों पहले ही एक छोटे से बॉक्स के अंदर एक मिनट में लगभग 40 उन्नत योग आसन करने का खिताब अपने नाम किया था। उन्होंने 21 जून को होने वाले अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस पर दूसरा विश्व रिकॉर्ड अपने नाम किया था। उन्हें योग के क्षेत्र में बेहतरीन उपलब्धियों के लिए जनवरी 2020 में प्रवासी भारतीय दिवस पुरस्कार से भी नवाजा जा चुका है। समृद्धि के पिता सिद्धार्थ कालिया ने बताया कि वे छह साल की उम्र से ही योग सीख रही है। इस क्षेत्र में उसकी रुचि ने उसे न केवल राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर बल्कि विभिन्न अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिताओं में भी जीत हासिल कर उच्चतम स्तर तक पहुंचने में मदद की है।

At least 3 were killed and eight other went missing following a cloud burst in Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand, on Monday. As per reports, three were found dead in Madkot and the eight others went missing from a neighboring village. The cloudburst has caused damage to many houses in the two villages of Pithoragarh. The rescue teams reached the two villages and launched a rescue operation. The search for the missing persons is underway. According to the Met department, heavy rain is likely to occur for the next two days. 

लखनऊ में 56 वर्षीय महिला तथा उसकी 28 वर्षीय बेटी  ने शुक्रवार शाम को लखनऊ लोकभवन के सामने मिट्टी का तेल उड़ेलकर खुद को आग लगा ली। बताया जा रहा है की दोनों माँ- बेटी जामो थाना क्षेत्र की रहने वाली है व दबंगो की प्रताड़ना से परेशान थी। प्रशासन की सहायता न मिलने पर उन्होंने लोकभवन के सामने मिट्टी का तेल उड़ेला और स्वयं को आग लगा ली। दोनों आग की लपटों में घिरी चीखतीं -चिलतीं रही परन्तु किसी ने आगे बढ़ कर उन्हें बचने की कोशिश नहीं की। लोकभवन के द्वारपालको ने भी उन्हें बचाने का कोई प्रयत्न नहीं किया। आग की लपटों में घिरी महिला वहीं गिर गई जबकि उसकी बेटी आग की लपटों में घिर कर सड़क पर दौड़ने लगीं। मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने दोनों के शरीर पर कंबल डालकर आग बुझाई और सिविल अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया। दोनों की हालत गंभीर बताई जा रही है। महिला 80 और बेटी 40 फीसदी झुलस गई है।  पुलिस अधिकारियों के मुताबिक अमेठी के जामों की रहने वाली दोनों का जमीन का विवाद है। इस मामले में जामो थाने में मारपीट व छेड़छाड़ का मुकदमा दर्ज हुआ था। दोनों ने प्रशासन व पुलिस पर कार्रवाई न करने का आरोप लगाया है। अमेठी से जानकारी हासिल की जा रही है।  जानकारी के मुताबिक जमीन पर पीड़िताओं ने अवैध कब्जे को लेकर शिकायत दर्ज करवाई थी।  जिस पर प्रशासन द्वारा कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाया गया।अतः दबंग लगातार उन्हें प्रताड़ित कर रहे थे  जिससे वे अपने परिवार के साथ घर छोड़ने पर मजबूर हो गयी। वह आईजी रेंज के कार्यालय पहुंचकर न्याय की गुहार लगा चुकी हैं। लेकिन वहां न्याय नहीं मिला। पुलिस व प्रशासन सीधे दबंगों की मदद कर रहा है। के मुताबिक जब अमेठी पुलिस ने कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की तो उच्चाधिकारियों से भी संपर्क किया तथा बताया कि वह आईजी रेंज के कार्यालय पहुंचकर न्याय की गुहार लगा चुकी हैं लेकिन वहां न्याय नहीं मिला। पुलिस व प्रशासन सीधे दबंगों की मदद कर रहा है। 

With the highest single-day spike of over 34,956 cases, the coronavirus count in India crossed the one million or the 10 lakh-mark. The death toll rose to 25,602, including 687 in the past 24 hours. According to the data provided by the Union Health Ministry, now India has over 3,42,473 active COVID-19 cases, whereas the total coronavirus count stands at 1,003,832. While the recoveries rose to 6,35,756 including a record number of 22,942 number of patients declared cured in 24 hours. Overall, the number of total cases and recoveries see their biggest single-day rise in the last 24 hours. The increase in the death toll is the second biggest-spike. It was for the sixth consecutive day that COVID-19 cases have increased by more than 28,000. The huge surge has led several states to reimpose lockdown for varying periods. Maharashtra continues to report the highest number of cases, followed by Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Karnataka, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, and Telangana. India has now become the third country to report over 1 million cases after the US and Brazil.

मध्यप्रदेश के गुना जिले में पुलिस की बर्बरता का एक वीडियो वायरल हुआ है जिसमें पुलिस एक किसान परिवार की बर्बरता से पिटाई कर रही है। बताया जा रहा है कि गुना में कॉलेज के लिए आवंटित जमीन को प्रशासन अतिक्रमण मुक्त कराने गई थी। इस जमीन पर एक दलित परिवार किसानी करता है। प्रशासन से परिवार ने हाथ जोड़कर गुहार लगाई कि फसल कट जाने तक कार्रवाई न करें लेकिन जब प्रशासनिक टीम नहीं मानी तो दलित पति-पत्नी ने घर की झोपड़ी में ही रखी कीटनाशक पी लिया। इस दौरान पुलिस वाले उसकी बेरहमी से पिटाई भी करते रहे। माता-पिता के जहर खाकर गिरने के बाद मासूम बच्चे बिलख-बिलख कर रो पड़े जिसे देखकर सभी के रोंगटे खड़े हो गए।  राहुल गांधी ने गुना इस बर्बरता का वीडियो ट्वीट करते हुए लिखा है कि हमारी लड़ाई इसी सोच और अन्याय के खिलाफ है। पूर्व अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी ने इसको लेकर शिवराज सरकार को आड़े हाथों लिया है और विपक्ष में बैठी कांग्रेस सरकार शिवराज सरकार को घेरने में लगी है।  वहीं इसी मामले को लेकर बीएसपी सुप्रीमो मायावती ने कांग्रेस और बीजेपी दोनों पार्टियों पर निशाना साधा है। मायावती ने ट्वीट करते हुए कहा कि एक तरफ बीजेपी और इनकी सरकार दलितों को बसाने का ढिंढोरा पीटती है, वही दूसरी तरफ उनको उजाड़ने की घटनाएं उसी तरह से आम हैं। जिस प्रकार से पहले कांग्रेस के शासन में हुआ करती थी, तो फिर दोनों सरकारों में क्या अंतर है। खासकर दलितों को इस बारे में जरूर सोचना चाहिए।

2 जुलाई को कानपूर में शहीद हुए पुलिस कर्मियों को इन्साफ दिलाने के लिए पुलिस ने शूटआउट में शामिल लोगो की एक सुची तैयार की है ताकि उन्हें किए गुनाह की सजा मिल सके। यूपी सटीएएफ हर उस बदमाश को पकड़ना चाहती है जो दो जुलाई की रात को पुलिस पर गोलियां बरसाने में शामिल रहा है।  विकास दुबे को मौत की नींद सुलाने के बाद यूपी एसटीएफ ने जो लिस्ट तैयार की है उसमे सबसे ऊपर बदमाश विष्णु पाल उर्फ जिलेदार का नाम है। जिलेदार विकास के सबसे करीबी लोगों में एक है। विकास, जिलेदार के बिना किसी भी घटना को अंजाम नहीं देता था। जिलेदार शुरुआत से ही विकास के साथ है। वह हथियार चलने में काफी माहिर था वह भी 2 जुलाई की इस घटना में शामिल था।  विकास दुबे के फरार गुर्गों की तलाश में एसटीएफ ने कानपुर समेत एक दर्जन शहरों में सोमवार रात दबिश दीं। बदमाश तो हाथ नहीं आए लेकिन आठ-दस लोगों को उठाया गया। ये बदमाशों के रिश्तेदार व परिचित हैं। गिरोह के खूंखार बदमाश जिलेदार की लोकेशन पुखरायां में ट्रेस हुई है। उसकी तलाश जारी है।

हैदराबाद में एक कोरोना मरीज के शव को जेसीबी से उठाए जाने की घटना उजागर होने के बाद से सरकार पर कई सवाल उठने लगे हैं।  आंध्र प्रदेश के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री चंद्रबाबू नायडू ने अपने ट्विटर अकाउंट पर एक वीडियो पोस्ट किया है। इस वीडियो में साफ़ देखा जा सकता है  कि किस तरह अमानवीय तरीके से एक मृत कोरोना मरीज के शव को जे.सी.बी से उठाकर गड्ढे में डाला गया। वीडियो के सामने आने के बाद से ही जनता में भारी रोष देखा जा रहा है।  वहीँ नायडू ने भी वीडियो के केप्शन में लिखा, 'नेल्लोर में बार-बार मरीजों के साथ यह व्यवहार हो रहा है', साथ ही उन्होंने कहा है कि 'सरकार को दुखी परिवारों से माफ़ी मांगनी चाहिए।' इस पर अधिकारीयों का कहना है कि डेड बॉडी का वजन 170 kg था जिस कारण उसे इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मशीन में नहीं जलाया जा सकता था। इसके बाद सरकारी कर्मियों द्वारा मृतक क़े परिवार से इजाजत लेने पर ही डेड बॉडी को ले जाया गया। 

  On thursday the Nepal cable operators issued a ban on all private Indian News channels claiming that they potrayed Nepalese leadership in bad light, hurting the country's national sentiments. Only the state owned broadcaster Doordarshan will be allowed to continue beaming into Nepal. Outrage against Indian media reports in Nepal was witnessed after certain news channels put out shows that indulged in character assassination of Nepalese leaders. That programme expectedly triggered howls of protest from all sections of people cutting across political divides in Nepal.  On Thursday evening Nepal's Information and Broadcasting Minister Yubaraj Khatiwada during a press interaction said, "Nepal may seek political and legal remedies and also mobilise diplomatic channels against reports of Indian media attacking Nepal's sovereignty and dignity." Hours later, the Nepal Cable TV Association announced the blacking out of all Indian private channels. Doordarshan has been excluded from this blackout.

Ushering in a new revolution in the connectivity of roads and bridges in sensitive border areas close to the International Border (IB) and Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir, Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh dedicated six major bridges to the nation through video conferencing. These bridges of strategic importance were completed by the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) in a record time. Raksha Mantri congratulated all ranks of BRO for completing the works of six bridges in record time and complimented them for contributing towards nation building by working in the most difficult terrain and weather conditions. He said that roads and bridges are the lifeline of any nation and play a vital role in the socio-economic development of far flung regions. Reiterating the Central Government’s commitment to prioritise development activities in J&K, he said that our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is regularly monitoring the progress of these projects and adequate funds are being provided for their timely execution. Shri Rajnath Singh said, “It is a pleasant experience to inaugurate these bridges that ‘connect people’, at a time when the world is insisting on keeping distance, being isolated from each other (due to COVID-19). I would like to congratulate the Border Road Organisation on completing this important task with great skill.” Complementing BRO Raksha Mantri said, “Continued construction of roads and bridges in the border areas of the country with total commitment by BRO would help in realisation of the efforts of the Government to reach to the remotest areas. Roads are the lifeline of any nation.” Roads in the border areas are not only strategic strengths, but also act to connect remote areas with the mainstream. In this way, be it a strategic necessity of the Armed Forces or other development work related to health, education, trade, all these are possible only with connectivity, he added. Thanking the people of Jammu and Kashmir for their cooperation, Shri Rajnath Singh said, “I am sure that the construction of modern roads and bridges will bring prosperity to the region. Our government is committed to promoting infrastructure on our borders and necessary resources will be provided for this. Our government has a keen interest in the development of Jammu and Kashmir. Keeping in mind the need of the people of Jammu and Kashmir and Armed Forces, many other development works are also in the pipeline, which will be announced in due time. About 1,000 kilometre long roads are currently under construction in Jammu region.” Raksha Mantri acknowledged that over the last two years, with the use of latest technologies and state-of-the-art equipment the BRO has done cutting of over 2,200 kilometres about 4,200 kilometres of roads surfacing and about 5,800 metres of permanent bridges have been constructed. He assured that the Government has ensured that sufficient resources are provided to the BRO for the construction of strategic roads. Despite the COVID-19 epidemic, the Government will not let the resources of BRO fall short. Also, the ministry will take care of the facilities of BRO's engineers and personnel, he added. The six bridges were inaugurated in the presence of Minister of State (MoS) (Independent Charge) and MoS Prime Minister’s Office, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Department of Atomic Energy and Department of Space Dr Jitendra Singh. Member of Parliament, Jammu Shri Jugal Kishore Sharma was present on the site through video link. The two bridges on the Tarnah Nallah in Kathua District and four bridges located on Akhnoor-Pallanwala road in Akhnoor/Jammu district have spans ranging from 30 to 300 metres and were constructed at a total cost of Rs 43 crores. These bridges constructed by Project Sampark of the BRO will facilitate movement of Armed Forces in this strategically important sector and will also contribute towards the overall economic growth of remote border areas. It is apparent that there has been a major surge in outcomes delivered by the BRO in the last few years. This is evident from the fact that BRO has executed about 30 per cent more works in the financial year (FY) 2019-20 as compared to FY 2018-19. This has happened because of adequate budgetary support from the Government and due to the effect of structural reforms and focussed/dedicated efforts by the BRO. The annual budget of the BRO that varied from Rs 3,300 crore to Rs 4,600 crore in the FY 2008-2016, saw a substantial rise to Rs 8,050 crore in FY 2019-2020. With focus of the Government in improving infrastructure in border areas, the budget for FY 2020-2021 is likely to be Rs 11,800 crore. This will give a major boost to ongoing projects and will expedite the construction of strategic roads, bridges and tunnels along our northern borders. Speaking on the occasion, Director General of BRO Lt Gen Harpal Singhunderlined the contribution of BRO to nation building and thanked the Raksha Mantri for his continuous guidance and support while expressing confidence that the BRO shall continue to strive towards meeting laid down targets in line with our overall national strategic objectives set forth by the Government. Chief of Army Staff Gen M M Naravane, Defence Secretary Dr Ajay Kumar, DG BRO Lt Gen Harpal Singh at Delhi and along with senior Army and Civil Administration officials on site were present on the occasion.

Amid the rising tensions between china and concerns over data privacy,the India Army has asked all its personnels to delete their Facebook and Instagram accounts as well as 89 apps from their phones by July 15. The army said those who do not follow the order will face strict action. These include some of the most popular apps in India, such as Facebook and Instagram, Tinder and PUBG, and also include some broad categories such as "all Tencent gaming apps," and "Private blogs", apart from Chinese apps that have already been banned by the government such as TikTok, SHAREit, and UC Browser. “Such guidelines are issued periodically. These are more significant now in the context of the current border tensions and the need to secure information,” the officials said. विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन (WHO) द्वारा चेतावनी जारी की गई है की दुनिया भर में कोविड-19 संक्रमण का सबसे बुरा दौर आना बाकी है। डब्ल्यूएचओ महानिदेशक डॉ. तेद्रोस गेब्रियेसस ने डब्ल्यूएचओ की नियमित प्रेससन्मार्ग में कहा है की महामारी अभी चरम पर नहीं पहुंची  हैं। भले ही वैश्विक स्तर पर मौतों की संख्या कम हो रही है लेकिन वास्तव में कुछ ही देशों ने मरने वालों की संख्या कम करने में महत्वपूर्ण प्रगति की है जबकि अन्य देशों में अभी भी मौतों का आंकड़ा बढ़ रहा हैं। सप्ताहांत में 400,000 से अधिक मामले आए सामने डॉ. तेद्रोस ने जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि सप्ताह अंत में दुनिया भर में संक्रमण के 4 लाख से अधिक मामले सामने आए हैं जबकि विश्व भर में अब तक कोरोना के 1.14 करोड़ मामले सामने आ चुके हैं और 5.35 लाख से अधिक लोगों की जान गवाई है।  उन्होंने कहा की महामारी के शुरुआती चरण से ही हम इस वायरस को खतरनाक कहते आए हैं। शुरुआती दिनों से ही इसे कई बार लोगों का सबसे बड़ा दुश्मन करार दिया गया है। उन्होंने बताया की इसके दो खतरनाक संयोजन हैं, पहला कि यह बहुत तेजी से फैलता है और दूसरा कि इससे मौत हो सकती है इसीलिए हम चिंतित थे और दुनिया को लगातार चेतावनी दे रहे थे। कोरोना वायरस को ‘मानवता का दुश्मन’ करार देते हुए डॉ. तेद्रोस ने कहा कि मानवता को इस वायरस से लड़ने के लिए एकजुट होना बहुत आवश्यक है।  इस तरह का संक्रमण एक सदी में एक बार होता है। उन्होंने बताया की वर्ष 1918 से इस तरह की कोई महामारी नहीं देखी गई है।  फिर बढ़ सकती है मृतकों की संख्या  डब्ल्यूएचओ आपातकालीन स्वास्थ्य कार्यक्रम के कार्यकारी निदेशक डॉ. माइकल रयान ने चेतावनी दी है कि वैश्विक स्तर पर मौतों की संख्या फिर से बढ़ सकती है। उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘हमने जून में संक्रमितों की संख्या में तेजी देखी है हालांकि अभी तक मौतों के आंकड़ों में अधिक वद्धि नहीं हुई है। हम जानते हैं कि इसमें समय लगता है और एक अंतराल चरण होता है। हम मौत के आंकड़े फिर बढ़ते हुए देख सकते हैं।’’  डॉ. रयान ने कहा कि पिछले कुछ हफ्तों में संक्रमितों की संख्या में तेजी से वृद्धि हुई है, लेकिन मई के मध्य से मौतें स्थिर हैं। यह कुछ अंतराल कारक के कारण हो सकता है लेकिन अगर मौत के आंकड़े फिर बढऩे लगे तो आश्चर्य नहीं होना चाहिए। इसके हालांकि अन्य कारक हो सकते हैं। डॉक्टरों और नर्सों ने रोगियों का प्रबंधन करना सीख लिया है और हो सकता है कि इसके कारण मौतों में कमी आयी हो।’’

After a BJP MLA from Odisha tested positive for COVID-19, Union minister and Balasore MP Pratap Sarangi has quarantined himself at his New Delhi residence. According to Sarangi, he had attended the government function with Nilgiri MLA Nayak and the Ekadashah ritual of Balasore Sadar MLA, Madan Mohan Dutt on July 2 and 3. Taking his Twitter handle, Sarangi said that he had shared the dais with the said MLA on July 2 and 3 in a government programme and also in a condolence meeting organised to pay tribute to Ex-MLA of Balasore. “On being informed that MLA Nilagiri has been tested positive for #COVID-19. I self quarantined myself at my official residence in Delhi as per the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare department,” He said. Nilgiri MLA Nayak has tested positive for COVID-19 earlier on Monday. He is the first legislator in Odisha to be infected with the disease. He said he had recently attended some meetings in Bhubaneswar and Nilagiri, and the funeral of former Balasore Sadar MLA Madan Mohan Dutta. Sarangi had also attended the funeral.

पुलिस ने फरवरी 2020 में दिल्ली दंगों के मामले में अपनी जांच में पाया है कि जनवरी के महीने में ओमान और यूनाइटेड किंगडम से धन प्राप्त हुआ था। पुलिस अब यह जांचने की कोशिश कर रही है की क्या फरवरी के दंगों या सीएए के विरोध प्रदर्शन को बढ़काने के लिए फंडिंग हुए है।  अपनी जांच में, पुलिस ने एक आरोपी मीरान हैदर के घर से एक डायरी / रजिस्टर बरामद किया है। इस रजिस्टर में उपद्रवियों का बहीखाता दर्ज है। रजिस्टर के साथ पुलिस ने लगभग 2.5 लाख रूपए भी बरामद किए व यह भी पता लगाया की दंगो से पहले मिरान हैदर के अकाउंट के 5 लाख रुपए ट्रांसफर हुए थे। रजिस्टर में साफ़ लिखा है की कहाँ से कितने पैसे मिले, और कहाँ कितने खर्च हुए। बाकायदा नाम के साथ सभ डिटेल्स दर्ज हैं। पुलिस ने हैंडराइटिंग की जांच के लिए रजिस्टर को फॉरेंसिक लैब भेज दिया है।  इससे पहले, दिल्ली पुलिस ने पाया था कि दंगों के सिलसिले में गिरफ्तार किए गए खालिद सैफी ने मलेशिया में इस्लामिक उपदेशक जाकिर नाइक से मुलाकात की थी। दिल्ली पुलिस की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, धन वापस सऊदी अरब और सिंगापुर में एक एनआरआई के पास भेज दिया गया है।

The Shivraj Singh Chouhan led Madhya Pradesh cabinet was extended on Thursday with the induction of 28 new ministers around three months after unseating the Kamalnath govt. Acting MP Governor Anandiben Patel administered the oath of office and secretary at the Raj Bhavan. The new ministers include 20 of cabinet rank and 8 ministers of state. The Chouhan ministry strength is now 34.  Of the 28 new ministers who took oath in Raj Bhavan,  11 ministers from the Scindia camp, 9 are supporters of Jyotiraditya Scindia. Tulsi Silavat and Govind Singh are already ministers. In this way, 11 former pro-Scindia MLAs have been made ministers. With Scindia, a total of 22 former MLAs left the Congress and joined the BJP. Half of them have become ministers while some of the rest will be adjusted incorporates. Looking at the new ministers, BJP seems to be most focused on the by-election in the state. Jyotiraditya Scindia has been given the highest importance as a strategy for winning more and more seats in the by-elections, while Shivrajs' old BJP leaders have had to be satisfied with the lack of participation in the cabinet.

The Jammu and Kashmir police saved a 3 year old from getting hit by Bullets during an encounter between the security forces and terrorist in the Baramulla district, on Wednesday. The child was travelling in a Maruti Car with his grandfather from Srinagar to Handwara when it was caught in the crossfire. His grandfather was hit with a bullet and died on spot. A Jawan was also killed while three CRPF troops were injured in the encounter. The terrorist fired indiscriminately at the CRPF petrol party while the team was getting off a bus, at Sopores Model Town. The CRPF troop retaliated but they managed to escape. The area has been cordoned off and a search party has been started.

At least 4 were killed and 13 were injured in a boiler explosion at the thermal power plants in Cuddalore district of Tamilnadu, on Wednesday morning. The blast took place at the power plant at Central Government-owned NLC India Limited in Cuddalore, about 180 km from the state capital Chennai.  This is the second boiler blast in the plant where another boiler has exploded. All the injured have been rushed to the nearest hospital. It is said that the boiler was not in operation and the the the incident is under investigation.  Fire-fighting teams have been rushed to the rescue operations following the blast.  

The ICC's recent decision of allowing the West Indies players to wear 'black lives matter' badge on their jersey has drawn a lot of criticism from Indian cricket fans. West Indies players are set to wear a black lives matter symbol on their collar during the upcoming England v/s West Indies 2020 series starting from July 8.  As soon as ICC announced the decision on Twitter, several Indian fans bashed the governing body in the comments section. In fact, the criticism was so severe that the ICC had to hide a number of replies. ICC even went on to block some users as Indian fans pointed out their hypocrisy. The fans pointed out ICC's decision of not letting MS Dhoni to wear gloves with the insignia of Indian army in the World Cup last year. The ICC had received a lot of criticism back then and the fans are furious again as they're accusing ICC of double standard.

Pakistan has conveyed its readiness to open the Kartar Pur Sahib corridor for Sikh pilgrims on June 29. On Saturday, the foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, through his twitter handle made an announcement that Islamabad was prepared to reopen the corridor on the occasion of the death anniversary of Maharaja Ranjeet Singh.  The corridor was closed on March 16 in the wake of coronavirus pandemic.  “As places of worship open up across the world, Pakistan prepares to reopen the Kartarpur Sahib Corridor for all Sikh pilgrims, conveying to the Indian side our readiness to reopen the corridor on 29 June 2020, the occasion of the death anniversary of Maharaja Ranjeet Singh,” Qureshi tweeted. He further said that the Kartarpur Corridor is a true symbol of peace and religious harmony and this landmark initiative by Pakistan has been immensely appreciated by the Sikh community all over the world, including India.

INS Jalashwa arrived off Bandar Abbas, Iran on the evening of 24 Jun 20 and entered harbour on 25 Jun 20 for another mission under the Indian Navy's Op Samudra Setu. The ship embarked 687 Indian citizens after the mandatory medical and baggage screening. During the transit to Iran, the crew of INS Jalashwa undertook preparatory activities for evacuation operation which included sanitisation and preparation of living spaces for evacuees, preparation of welcome kits comprising masks and toiletries followed by allocation of bunks as per passenger manifest received from the Indian Embassy in Tehran. The ship also handed over two Air Evacuation Pods indigenously developed by the Indian Navy, to the Iranian authorities. Living spaces onboard Jalashwa have been divided into three zones, while adhering to COVID-19 precautions, withzonesearmarked for embarked personnel as well as the ship's crew that may frequently come in contact with them. The ship sailed out of Bandar Abbas late in the evening on 25 Jun 20 on completion of embarkation.

विश्व भर में तेज़ी से फैल रही कोरोना महामारी ने हाहाकार मचा रखा है। इस महामारी के कारण विश्व में 4 लाख से भी अधिक लोगों ने अपनी जान गवा दी है, परंतु अभी तक इसके लिए कोई दवा नहीं बन पाई है।  ऐसे में अब योग गुरु बाबा रामदेव की पतंजलि कंपनी ने दावा किया है कि उन्होंने इसकी दवा तैयार कर ली है। मंगलवार, पतंजलि द्वारा कोरोनिल नमक एक दवा लांच की गई। उन्होंने दावा किया है कि यह दवा कोरोना को मात देने में 100% कारगर है।  बाबा रामदेव ने बताया कि इस दवा का 100 रोगियों पर परीक्षण किया गया। उनमें से करीब 69 लोगों की रिपोर्ट 3 दिन में नेगेटिव पाई गई, तो वही 100% लोग 7 दिन के भीतर रिकवर हो गए। उन्होंने कहा कि यह दवाई इम्यून सिस्टम को मजबूत करती है और करोना का असर नहीं होने देती। इसके साथ ही यह दवा सर्दी जुखाम और बुखार को भी नियंत्रित करती है।  उन्होंने बताया कि यह दवा बाजार में आ गई है व इसे ऑनलाइन खरीदा जा सकता है। इसके लिए पतंजलि सोमवार को एक ऐप लॉन्च करेगी।
